Change The Weather
After selecting your team, enter the "Course" option. Once inside, hold the following buttons to change the weather once you start the race:
Effect Code
Cloudy Weather Hold Right, then also hold Select.
Rainy Weather Hold Left, then also hold Select.
Sunny Weather Hold Up, then also hold Select.

See The Ending
Start the game and input your name. Place the cursor on the End icon (running man), hold Select and press I. If done right, the ending will start right away.
