Start the game, and input your name. Place the cursor on the End icon (running man), hold Left + II + Run and keep pressing Button 1 until you hit the End icon. If done right, you'll proceed to the Team Selection screen where the 14 teams will be available from the start.

Change The Weather
After selecting your team, enter the "Course" option. Once inside, hold the following buttons to change the weather once you start the race:
Effect Code
Cloudy Weather Hold Right, then also hold Select.
Rainy Weather Hold Left, then also hold Select.
Sunny Weather Hold Up, then also hold Select.

Demo Course Menu
At the title screen, hold Right + I and press Select. If done right, the Demo Course Menu will appear. While watching a race in that menu, hold I and press Down or Up to increase or decrease the speed of the car.

See The Ending
Start the game and input your name. Now, hold Up + Left + II + Select and press I twelve times. If done right, the ending will start right away.
