Difficulty Select
Make sure you have a saved game for this to work. At the title screen, enter the "Continue" menu. Now, hold II and press Select. If done right, the color of the cursor will change. Blue is Easy, Yellow is Normal, Green is Hard and White is Super Hard.

While playing, pause the game and then press I for a hidden options menu.

Play As Grandpa or Jimsy
At the "RIOT" logo, hold the following buttons until the continue screen appears. Select your stage and you'll play as the hidden character.
