Skip Stages
Before you start a mission, you always get a black screen with the mission's prologue and victory conditions. Wait until the victory conditions appear (they are always on the bottom), hold Down + Select and repeatedly press I + II (or turn on the turbo). If done right, the screen will go black and after a few seconds, the next mission will start.

Infinite Moves
Move your characters until you exhaust your turns and then quicksave the game (press Run and select the 2nd option). Now, get a game over and choose "Memory Load". If done right, the battle will restart, but your characters will be where you last left them and you'll be able to move them again.
