Can the vita connect to the psn(sen) via a bluetooth adapter connected to a pc?

Right now I don't have any wifi in my area and I don't feel like buying a router just for my vita so I thought of buying a wireless usb bluetooth adapter instead. Since the vita can connect to other devices via blue tooth, could I connect to the psn/sen through it?
