Anyone else getting a Error 165-3000 on their gamepad?

Im getting an Error 165-3000 on my Wii U gamepad and I contacted nintendo, but the didnt know what it was. It will not sync.

That is for the IR blaster. Just wipe it off and make sure there is no obstrctions like boogers on it.

I'm assuming you wiped the gamepad down and cleared the boogers from the front of it where your nasty boogers were.
