Why won't the games I bought play?

I just bought a Wii U. With it, I purchased Super Mario U, Scribblenauts Unlimited and Nitendoland. All three register as invalid discs. Does anyone know about this or anything I can do to fix it?

Get the current update and they should work fine and if not call up Nintendo and ask for a replacement or repair.
