How do I get to the next story?

We beat lex and the joker, then we saw a cut scene of a guy looking from outer space. Is there another story? Or have we beaten the game?

If the last level was you being chased by the joker bot then the guy is Martian Man-Hunter then the next level is at Wayne Tower and if in the last level you played as wonder woman, flash, batman, robin, green lantern, and cyborg you finished the game and the guy is brainiac.
Other ways to tell if you finished the game is to (you can be anywhere to do this) press and hold c. If an character select screen shows up you finished the game, or if you go to the batcave and go to the computer ( NOT a terminal) and go to the south area if a 15 shows up near Wayne tower you finished the game. That outer space guy is part of the Justice League. On the next level, you should be united with most members of the Justice League, (Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Cyborg, etc)

The guy your talking about is Braniac and that's the end of the game.
