Question from elbeasto1
How do I save a replay of a brawl?
Top Voted Answer
The match has to be less than 3 minutes and after the end of the match you have to press the Z button (If you're using a gamecube controller)

To expand on his answer, after pressing z, you can choose to save the replay either to the Wii's internal memory or an SD card.
Note that if you do save it to an SD card, you will not be able to use it on your computer as Brawl saves replays as a set of button presses in a binary file. Basically, the game reenacts your fights when you watch replays, there is not actually a video and as such no way to watch a replay on your computer without a capture card.
Depends on the contoller. CC is Z.
Press z at the end of the match
You can use hacks too to make it longer then 3 mins.
