Can I hook the wii up to the Gameboy advance with the cable?
Are there any gamecube games that you can hook up to a gba game using the cable, like the pokemon games?

You can hook it up, but there aren't very many games for that functionality.
No Pokemon games, but there is a Legend of Zelda one (Four Swords Adventures).
