How do I find all the treasure map?

Where is the middle piece of the treasure map? I have looked every where and dont no where else to look.

Check these locations:
West Beach (Airplane Island) - Dive for clams
East River Planes (Airplane Island) - Behind the quicksand strip, behind the left pillar. Must access strip through the Hidden Lagoon
Volcano Jungle (Volcano Island) - Look around the hot springs
Volcano Rim (Volcano Island) - Climb to the top of the volcano, the hard way (not through the door)
Tidal Pools (Volcano Island) - Do a Ceremonial Dive off the high cliff into the water
Tidal Pools (Volcano Island) - Catch a tiger shark
Crystal Island (Fourth Island) - On the ground
Random - Pick up and read a message in a bottle
Random - Get it in a packet from a chimp
