What do the other options for unlocking people mean?
What do the other options for unlocking people mean? it says like do this or play 5000 games is a game 4rounds or is each round a game or is it something other than these? if someone knows please tell me thanks.

It means races played in Wi-Fi, you need to race 250 times to unlock Birdo and 1000 time to unlock Toadette.
