How do I post research Behests?

For example, restoration magecite. My white mages temple clearly states I need to find some in order to further research, and that I should post a behest. But when I go to a dungeon that says "Restoration Magecite may be found here," the only behest I can post is "Gain experience here".

Help, anyone?

First, make sure the exploration bar is full. (But if it says "Gain experience, you already did that)
Also, there is more than one dungeon where you can find restoration magicite. One for level 20, one for level 45 and so on. You'll need to find the dungeon that holds the specific magicite level you need.
