Can two people play on wifi?

I am going to get a classic controler and i want to know if two can play on wifi?

Nope. 2 player is offline only, with bots i believe.

I've tried to but you can't. Even two player mode offline is limited. You can't choose any of the large (L) maps and you can't choose your teams so you cannot play co-op. I still can't figure out why they designed it like this.

There right two people cant play Wifi together on one wii but there are friend codes were you can play with each other if you have two Wii's.
