How do you get the profile stars?

I know there are five stars, but I keep reading different explanations as to how you're supposed to get them. Does anyone know for sure what the criteria is for the five stars?

1.Beat the game
2.Get all the star coins.
3. Beat world 9
4. Find all secret paths
5. Don't use Super Guide

Answer

One is for beating the game, another for all Star Coins obtained, and I think one is for completing all levels(including secrets)
