Where is Peppino in Colony 9?

I just can't seem to find the guy.

During night time, he is in a small triangular alcove in the residential district with a few other unnamed men, talking about which women they like best. If you can find the three men, just shift the time around until Peppino shows up, because I don't think he hangs around all night. The alcove is on your right, when walking straight down the path from the guarded bridge (the bridge leading to the field, not the bridge leading to the other two districts.)

He is in Residential District at night (6pm to 6am). He is in the southeastern corner (from the landmark in Residential District directly south, of course you cannot walk directly south, but that's where he is).

After checking again I realized he is not there the whole night. But you should find him easily around midnight. He is surrounded by three no-name guys (but THEY are there the whole night :D).
