How do I use the smartphone?

I am on the second level (I think it's the second level, inside the facility with 006). And the smartphone icon keeps popping up, and when I press the button, it's just James Bond trying to take a picture, and there isn't anything to take a picture of. Please help me, thanks.

Bring up your smartphone and scan around the area looking for a square to pop up on the smartphone. That's what your supposed to take a picture of/Hack into. Like when you have to take pictures of the helicopter, you'll have to take a picture of the front, the missles on the left side and whatever it was on the right side. You also have to be at the right distance, can't be to close or to far away.
