BASIC MOVE DESCRIPTION

s.jab:	She does a standard straight jab charged up with
	electricity leaving your opponent in a blue electric
	state for the rest of the combo.  It's quick and easy
	to combo; but lacks in range and does little damage.  
d.jab:	She stops floating and kneels on the gruond to attack
	the legs of your opponent this move is also charged 
	up with electricity leaving your opponent in the blue
	electric state.  It's quick, attacks low and easy to 
	combo; but lacks in range and does little damage. 
j.jab: 	She jumps in attacking the higher region of you 
	opponent with another charged up punch leaving them
	in the blue state for the rest of the combo.  It's 
	quick, attcks high, and easy to combo; but lacks in 
	range and does little damage.  
s.short:She kicks opponent in the leg with small little 
	gusts marks on her leg.  It's quick and easy to
	combo; but lacks in range and does little damage.
d.short:She kneels down and kicks out with one leg with
	small gust marks on it.  It's quick, easy to combo 
	and attacks low; but does little damage.
j.short:She does the pose of Lui Kang's flying dragon kick
	but does not fly across the screen with it. It's 
	quick and easy to combo; but does very little
	damage I'd say it's her weakest move.
s.strong:A slightly increased version of her standing jab 
	except she swings with the other hand and she
	still leaves the person blue.  Does a little bit 
	more damage than the standing jab.
d.strong:She does a karate chop at her opponents legs a 
	with the following electridc charge leaving her 
	opponent in the blue state. It has the same effect
	as standing strong; but it attacks low.
j.strong:She pushes out a small energy ball just barely 
	past her hand and this move also renders the 
	opponent in the blue electrical state.It has 
	pretty good range and attacks high.
	(you can control the direction of the energy ball
		by holding up or down.)
s.forward:She throws out with her hand a gust of wind 
	towards the legs of the opponent.  Does slightly 
	more damage than standing short.
d.forward:She balances on her hand and kicks out with both
	of her legs with a big gust wrapped around them 
	tripping her opponent. Attacks low does more damage
	than ducking short.   
j.forward:She does a small flash kick with a small wind 
	following her kick. Attacks high and fairly easy 
	to combo off of.
s.fierce:She pushes out with both hands a thrust of 
	electricity, this is also the same animation as 
	her knock out move. Has O.K. range and does 
	pretty good damage.
d.fierce:She crouches down and goes all the way to a 
	mid standing uppercut.  From her fist is a 
	chain of lightning that extends to the ground.
	It has good damage but bad range don't expect 
	to get more than two hits in before starting 
	the knock up move.  I'd say stick to the standing 
	roundhouse.  
j.fierce:She jump and pushes a small storm of lightning 
	out with both of her hands and spreads her legs 
	apart like she was dunking a basketball, this 
	move also leaves the opponent in the blue electric 
	stage for the rest of the combo.Easy to combo off of. 
s.roundhouse:This is her best air starter move in my opinion
	she start off doing a kick from the ground following
	the kick is a gust that becomes about the size of 
	Setinal.It does good damage and has great range.  
d.roundhouse:Again she poses like Lui Kang's dragon kick but
	this time she is barely touching the ground and kicking
	up a small gust about the size of Wolverine. It has 
	great range and it attacks low; but it is slow. 
j.roundhouse:The animation is like jumping foward but it is
	slower and the wind stream following her foot is longer.
	It is easy to combo off of just like jumping feirce
	because it stuns your opponent for enough time for you 
	to dash in and continue your combo.  

SPECIALS DESCRIPTIONS

WHIRLWIND (qcf + K, can be preformed in the air): She send out
	a small tornado like wind across the screen horizontaly.
	This move can do up to 4 hits 
DOUBLE TYPHOON (hcb + K can be preformed in the air): She sends 
	out the tornado shaped wind out from under the person
	all the way up the screen in a verticle motion. The 
	Double Typhoon can do up to 6 hits.  This move is a 
	great move to use against those annoying Cable players. 
LIGHTNING SPHERE (Can only be preformed in air, qcb + P): She
	sends out a electricly charged sphere across the screen.
	When preformed with jab button it flies diagnaly across
	the screen, when preformed with feirce it flies horizontaly
	across the screen. They both do the same amount of damage
	so it just depends on which direction you want it to go
	in chosing whether to use the feirce or jab button.
LIGHTNING ATTACK (Hold any direction + LK + HP, can be 
	preformed up to three times and in the air):She flies across 
	the screen in any direction following her lightning 
	sphere in her hand. It's quick and a good way to avoid 
	some supers.
HIKOU (qcb + KK, (repeat to end)can be started in the air): She 
	starts really flying in the able to move in any direction
	for a limited time. On certian people this is the worst 
	move you can possibly do because YOU CAN'T BLOCK leaving 
	yourself open for any type of nasty stuff your opponent 
	wants to do to you.
KUUCHOU DASH (In air hold any direction + PP): By preforming this 
	move you can go very quickly to any where that you need to 
	go. It's a great move for avoiding supers and confusing 
	your opponent.
AIR FLOAT (Hold U after jumping): When you do this you start to 
	fall at a slower pace than just normally falling.  This 
	move is good for jumping away and charging up your HYPER
	GAUGE and to stay away at those last few second of the 
	round if you need to.

SUPERS DESCRIPTIONS

LIGHTNING STORM (hcf + PP, can be preformed in the air): She turns
	around twice, and before the second turn she unleashes eight
	streams of lightning. this move is a great side person killer
	because it reaches almost everywhere and can be preformed
	anywhere.
ICE STORM (qcb + PP):She floats up diagnally raising her arm casting
	a storm of ice to attack her opponent. this is a decent side 
	player killer, it reaches more places than the lightning 
	storm, but it's not as quick as the lightning storm
	
THROW DESCRIPTIONS

FEIRCE THROW (possible in the air): She grabs her opponent and start 
	pumping electricity in them for a couple of seconds.
ROUNDHOUSE THROW: She grabs her opponent so a small whirlwind can 
	send them in the air.

=====SUPER COMBOS=====
	I don't have many Super Combos for the same reason I don't have 
many Regular Combos.  With Storm I was only able to connect the LIGHTNING 
STORM with anything, but i could of made about thirty combos with changing 
in and out punches for kicks and standing for ducking.  I didn't want to 
do that and I'm sure you didn't want to read all that so I made some combos 
for you to try not thirty. Hopefully you can find ways to mix it up yourselves.
