Where can I find the secret areas in the "city on the water" level?

Arghh! Its's the only silver card I can't get. The level requires you find all the secret areas to get the card. The fact that it's all surrounded by lethal water makes me want to destoy my XBOX. There are no walkthroughs on this game other than in french or PC which is very different. XBOX mark I answers only, please. HELP!!
