Any easy, effective and fast way to cause injuries in gameplay?

Yo, Iv'e been playing this since it got out, and now love to cause injuries o0 xD Though, I can't find out how you cause them... If any one knows how to cause injuries to oposing teams, easily effectivily and fastly while having the injury rate to 100% in franchise mode, please anwser =D thank you!
