Which Bonuses for which Characters?

Can anyone tell me what all the bonuses does for all the heroes? like the Apprentice if you take no dmg and dont shoot once you get a multiplyer, but what are the bonuses for the squire, monk and hunter?

1.3x for the following

No hero damage taken
No crystal damage taken
No towers (only use weapon/attack pets)
Only use weapons (no weapon/attack pet usage)
Damaging an enemie (you don't have to kill to get this one)
