Where can I find (collecters catalog?)

Where can I get a collectors catalog? Is it in a shop or sn item found? Help please? Thanks in advance:)

It's a prize that you can win from chocobo racing at Serendipity. Dahaka Stakes is the specific race you need to win to get it.
