Easy way to get red and blue choco?

See i have the yellow and i want all the ones i can before i beat the game

So it mostly spawns in windy weather? cause all i need to know is the spawn chance

I found the Blue Chocobo around Clearwater Marshes a lot when it was raining. I think the skill Battlemania helped with that. As for the Red Chocobo, that appears around the stoney areas during Windy weather, I think.
