How do i get into Madam Puddifoots?

In the level Dumbledore's Army there is a Slytherin House Crest in Madam Puddifoots. There is a character inside with a question mark over their head. Also there is a bay window and a closed door.

You don't actually go into Madam Puddifoot's. You need to use a Dark Arts character (I used Tom Riddle), and stand by the window. You should get a prompt, like with Ron when he's using the deluminator, that will allow you to use the imperius curse to control the character inside to get the Slytherin piece.
