The message is in the pond behind the fence. If you are looking straight at Pooh, it is behind him, if you are coming down the hill from the pooh adventure ride, stay against the right wall, just before the store. While there, you can get the other fishing spot in the area, just past the circle for the store, on the right, almost the farthest corner.
If you raise both hands for the menu, you can change the active quest/adventure, it will point you in the right direction.
Remember to have the fishing rod equipped
