STUFF I'VE ALREADY BEEN TOLD ABOUT
==============================================================================
This is just a quick list of things that are on my "to do" list. These have
already been brought to my attention, but I haven't had time to flesh out
exactly how they work (I personally check each vehicle and strategy in this
guide), or I haven't gotten that far in the story (I know, I'm taking a long
time). Names of the finder is in parentheses.

-Unique plate vehicles in the Private Fare taxi missions. (Tons of people)
-Blank plate Romero in a Trevor switch event. (Timcatgt)
-Pale Green Comet from a Trevor stranger mission. (Israel Diaz)
-The Skylift in that one mission. (Tons of people)
-Stretch with unique plate in Meltdown. (Unknown)
-Merryweather Mesas in The Wrap Up. (Tons of people)
-Unique plate Vacca in The Wrap Up. (Arthur Heng; fnxrak for unique)
-Black unique plate Tornado in The Third Way. (Coen91; Arthur Heng to keep)

==============================================================================
ABOUT
==============================================================================
This guide is to assist those players who enjoy collecting rare or unique
vehicles. This guide lists all known vehicles with some special property that
can only be obtained during missions. Although this game does have a mission
replay feature (similar to The Ballad of Gay Tony DLC for GTAIV), it creates a
discrete instance of a mission, as opposed to a world continuous with the main
game world, and as such, vehicles cannot be retrieved via this method, as no
data is saved after completing a mission replay (except for mission objective
completion).

I wrote this guide with the Xbox 360 version, not the PS3 version. I don't
know of any differences between the different versions, at least that affect
this guide, however I will include any information on known version
differences as best I can. If you notice a difference, such as a particular
strategy or glitch not working, contact me and let me know (be sure to mention
which version you're playing).

PATCH CHANGES:
Unlike previous GTA games, patches released for GTAV may affect not only the
availability of some vehicles (by patching tricks and exploits used to obtain
them), but even the existence of some vehicles. Changes include:

-Vehicles with a blank license plate have been "fixed" in later patches.
They will now have a random plate. Reverting to an earlier patch (or going
unpatched) will allow these to still be obtained, and returning to the latest
patch will not change the blank plates.

-Some vehicles used to show no wheel type as equipped. On later patches, this
issue is fixedand all categories will list the vehicle's stock wheels as an
option. As such, I have demoted this to a description-only tag, and it will
 not appear in titles anymore.

CAUTION! This guide may inadvertently contain spoilers of story missions!
While this guide's scope does not really involve spoiling anything, due to
what is required of it, it does possess a list of mission names at the very
minimum, which may have the potential to spoil parts of the game.

*1* GLOSSARY OF TERMS
==============================================================================
This is a glossary of all the special terms used in this guide.

------------------------------------------------------------
VEHICLE NAMES:
Make - The company that produced a vehicle. This is the first name listed in
a vehicle's full name when inside of a vehicle. Some examples are Declasse,
Karin, and Albany. Multiple vehicles can have the same make listed.

Model - This is the traditional GTA vehicle name, and is located after the
make, and followed by a comma and the class. This is all that was shown on
the screen when getting in vehicles in previous GTA games, and most models
should be easily recognizable for veteran GTA players.

Class - This is the class of the vehicle, such as sports, sedans, or service.
This is simply a reference to what type of vehicle it is, and may indicate
performance (e.g., a sports car will be expected to perform better than a
sedan, while being less resistant to damage). The class is listed last in a
vehicle's full name, following a comma after the model.

------------------------------------------------------------

[F] - This is used to denote a mission that Franklin participates in.
[M] - This is used to denote a mission that Michael participates in.
[T] - This is used to denote a mission that Trevor participates in.
Any combination of the three letters may appear in brackets, describing all
characters that participates in a given mission (e.g., [MT] means that both
Michael and Trevor are part of the mission). Which characters participate in
a mission is based on which character have their missions completed stat
increased by 1 after completion (e.g., Trevor isn't listed in the prologue,
because only Michael gets credit for that mission). [MFT] indicates that all
three characters participate, although in some select circumstances, only one
of the three actually plays the mission (but all 3 still get credit for it).

------------------------------------------------------------

Tags: These tags may be appended to the list of attributes of a vehicle, such
as mission, difficulty, and required resources. These denote certain specifics
of the vehicle, and will be preceded by two asterisks (**).

**Complete mission: This vehicle requires completion of the mission to obtain,
and thus only one copy can be acquired normally.

**Post-mission: This vehicle exists only after the mission ends. While it is
technically not part of the mission, it is usually attached to a switch event
that specifically happens only immediately following the mission. Thus, it
is considered as part of the mission for the purposes of this guide.

**No interior garage: This vehicle can't be stored in an interior garage,
except by exploiting the trick in section 3.3.

**Persistent vehicle: A persistent vehicle is a vehicle that will always
respawn completely intact, including any modifications added to it. The
vehicles of the characters, such as Franklin's Buffalo and Michael's
 Tailgater are persistent vehicles.

**LSC trick: This vehicle can be obtained from the mission by using the LSC
trick (outlined in section 3.4). Modify it during the mission at a LSC garage
and then finish the mission. It will be parked nearby. For some vehicles,
this is the only way to obtain them. For others, its simply another (possibly
 easier) way.

**Safehouse garages only!!! This vehicle MUST be stored in a character's
safehouse garage, as storage in an interior garage will strip it of one or
 more of its special properties.

**Trick 3.7: This means that the trick described in section 3.7 to get inside
UJ vehicles can be used with the vehicle in question. Vehicles that cannot be
obtained without this trick instead list it in the Required field.

**BLANK PLATE ONLY AVAILABLE ON EARLIER PATCHES: Exactly what it sounds like.

**Patched - unequipped wheel type: A vehicle with this tag will not have any
wheel type shown as "equipped" at a LSC on earlier patches. Later patches
fixed this, and will have the stock wheels shown on all six wheel variety
lists. As such, not all vehicles with this property may be correctly tagged
 in this guide.

------------------------------------------------------------

BPT - Bulletproof tires. These tires cannot be popped by gunfire or other
means. This modification is available on any LSC-able vehicle after
finishing Friend Request, but some vehicles obtained from missions will have
bulletproof tires despite not being moddable.

PL - Pearlescent color. This is simply an abbreviation for pearlescent used in
vehicle names, to conserve space and reduce length.

UJ - Unjackable. Vehicles with this property cannot be stolen or driven by
the player, even though there's no reason the character couldn't break the
window and get in. It's even more ridiculous when they refuse to get on a
motorcycle. Regardless, you're simply not going to be driving a UJ vehicle.

UWC - Unequipped wheel color. These vehicles do not have a wheel color shown
as "equipped" when viewing the wheel color menu. Note that Stock Wheels
are always Alloy-colored, and thus changing the wheel type is necessary to
see that a UWC vehicle actually has no color equipped. The actual color of
the wheels can still vary, so check the vehicle description for information
 on how they appear.

Actual Color - This lists the actual title of the color that a "Special"
colored vehicle is. The purpose of this is to keep a title concise and
descriptive while still providing a detailed explanation of WHY a vehicle is
 "Special."

Beater - An old, dilapidated vehicle. Rusty, damaged/broken windows and other
parts, engine problems. Not something you'd entrust your safety to in a
 police chase or hectic situation.

Blank plate - A license plate that is blank, with nothing on it. These seem to
be found in vehicles that involve switching to another character after a
mission they take part in, or at point in the game. This will be denoted in
vehicle titles by the tag [Blank] at the start of the name.

Branded - A branded vehicle contains decals, markings, or other indications of
belonging to a particular business or brand. Unbranded means the opposite: a
lack of branding, usually on a vehicle that normally is branded.

Classic - Classic colors are just the color in question with a glossy finish.
The only difference between classic and metallic is that the latter has a
 pearlescent finish to it.

Description - A description of unique color/feature vehicles and WHY they are
unique. Vehicles with a unique color will have a description of the colors
available that most closely resemble their actual colors.

Difficulty - A general summary of the relative difficulty, out of 5 stars. The
difficulty level assigned to a vehicle will be based on the easiest strategy
that requires the least of or no mission failures, deaths, arrests, and
cheats. The existence of strategies that utilize those things are usually
much easier than ones without (i.e., the difficulty of obtaining a vehicle
may be in getting it without failing a mission, possibly putting it at 3
stars, while just accepting the mission failure would make obtaining it a
 1-star difficulty).
   ------------------------------
   * Car is practically (or literally) given to player during and/or
after mission, or requires very little effort with no skill or luck.
   ------------------------------
** Car is readily available, but requires a little luck or a minimum of
          effort to successfully obtain.
   ------------------------------
*** Car requires some determination and manipulation of the game to
          acquire. Possibly a little luck.
   ------------------------------
**** Car is difficult to obtain, some luck may factor in, and requires a
keen knowledge of and skill at the game.
   ------------------------------
***** Car is extremely difficult to obtain; very luck-based, requires
difficult maneuvers to succeed, such as pushing to a parking spot
          despite a wanted level.
   ------------------------------

Discovered by - This is not necessarily the first person to discover a
vehicle, but rather the first person to report it to me. I will add the
original discoverer if I'm able to determine who originally found it,
 however.

Double-drive - Double-driving is used in some vehicle strategies. It involves
driving two vehicles at once back to your safehouse. One is the special
vehicle you're trying to obtain, the other is a vehicle some important person
from the mission is in, and if you go too far away, you will fail.

You essentially drive one car partway towards the destination, then get out
and drive the other a bit farther, and repeat ad nauseum. Slow, but
guaranteed to work, as long as you don't put too much distance between them.
You don't risk failing the mission, but rather the vehicle you're trying for
 may vanish.

Equipped - This term denotes what features a vehicle is shown as having in the
customization garages. Normally, a vehicle will show its current features,
including colors, with an icon in place of the price on the list of options.
However, many special vehicles do not show any color on the list as the
current color, due to using a unique color not normally available.

Formulated by - This is who informed me of the strategy to obtain the vehicle.
Vehicles that were pointed out to be, but where I was given no strategy to
obtain it often lead to me developing the strategy, although most will have
the same entry for Discovered and Formulated by.

Jack - To jack a vehicle means to steal it. This is probably not a necessary
entry, but I figured I'd add it just in case.

LSC garage - Los Santos Customs garage. This is the vehicle modification
 garage, where you... modify vehicles.

Metallic - Metallic paint is the same as the classic color, but has a
pearlescent layer on top of it that adds a "luster" to it. When metallic
paint is equipped on a vehicle, it will unlock the option to change the
pearlescent color. Each metallic color has a pearlescent shade to it.

Modded - This simply refers to a vehicle that has modifications already
installed. This can make vehicles from missions unique since it may offer
modifications for a vehicle before they are unlocked to be purchased
normally. A list of the non-stock modifications the car is equipped with
 will be provided.

Most Recent Vehicle - This is a self-descriptive term. It refers to the last
vehicle a character was inside. Note that it only considers vehicles a
character was actually inside of and driving, not as a passenger. The vehicle
"driven" does not have to have been functional, so even stalled and damaged
vehicles will work, so long as the game allows a character to get inside.

Palette - The selection of colors a vehicle can be found in. Usually randomly
selected when a vehicle is created. Each vehicle in the game seems to have a
discrete catalog of colors in their palette, rather than randomly choosing
from the entire potential list of colors available during customization.

Pearlescent - Pearlescent paint is a "luster" that is applied on top of a
metallic paintjob. Only metallic colors have a pearlescent layer, and all
metallics will have the layer. Pearlescent paint is what makes metallic
colors different from their classic counterparts. Each metallic color has a
default pearlescent that accompanies it when purchased, but it will also
unlock the option to choose a different pearlescent. Pearlescent is only an
option for the primary color on a vehicle, and will be applied to the
secondary color as well (if one is present).

Persistent vehicle - These vehicles are character's personal vehicles in the
game. Persistent vehicles are so named because they will retain upgrades and
changes made to them even if you end up losing it somehow. They will also
always spawn in certain locations (such as outside a character's safehouses).
These vehicles cannot be stored in interior garages, despite most being able
 to fit.

Plate - An easier way of saying license plate. Usually only used in the
context of unique license plates. Normal "random" license plates follow the
format of 2:3:3 letters, numbers, letters. Several unique plates follow this
format, and are only classified as unique because it always has the same
combination, rather than a random one.

Random - Denotes a property that is randomized on a vehicle, such as color.

Rare - This is used in the guide to denote an "unlockable" vehicle.

Refresh - When a vehicle is refreshed, it refers to the ability of a garage to
"reset" the vehicle, repairing all damage, removing extraneous properties
(such as some of those found in the UJ vehicles section), and removing the UJ
property from a vehicle. When a vehicle is in a garage, refreshing happens
if the game is saved and loaded, or if the player travels far enough away
from the garage before returning. Certain other things can trigger a refresh,
 as well.

Set plate - A license plate that follows the normal randomly-generated format,
but is always set to the same thing. Not quite a truly unique plate, since in
theory it could be randomly generated, but still worthy of note.

SGO - Safehouse garages only. This vehicle MUST be stored in a character's
safehouse garage, as storage in an interior garage will strip it of one or
more of its special properties. Read the vehicle description and strategy
for more information on what property(ies) will be lost if stored in an
 interior garage.

Special (color) - A special color is one that does not exist in the color menu
during customization, which means the vehicle in question cannot be
replicated by customizing. According to a particular save editor program,
these are often called "Worn" colors (which is a class separate from Classic,
Metallic, etc.), and can support pearlescent colors. The main difference
between Metallic and Worn colors seems to be a different pattern of lighting
on the vehicle, alongside a slight difference in the base color. The "Actual
Color" entry in a vehicle's profile describes exactly what makes a given
 vehicle "Special."

Switch event - These are the various situations a character will appear in
when switching to them, usually after a mission, a new day, an autosave, or
anything else that would recalculate their position. Most are just mundane
things, like exiting a store or waking up, severely hung over, on a rooftop
with no ladder down. However, some switch events are one-time special
situations that may contain a special vehicle.

Unique - This vehicle is unique and found in story missions only, or other
limited-time availability missions, and thus can be missed altogether.

Unique plate - A vehicle with a license plate that does not follow the format
for randomly-generated plates. This will be denoted in vehicle titles by the
tag [Unique] at the start of the name.

Unlockable - This term in my guide denotes a vehicle that is only infinitely
available either through story missions and/or by unlocking it at some point
through the story, whether by completing a mission, finishing a side mission,
or even a vehicle that is only available during a side mission, but is
repeatedly available by doing the mission over and over at your leisure.

Unobtainable - A vehicle that, for whatever reason, cannot be obtained and/or
stored with its properties. In GTAV, most UJ vehicles are unobtainable due to
being unable to get them to a garage (and in some cases, unable to store them
 in an interior garage).

==============================================================================
*2* SAFEHOUSES, GARAGES, AND OTHER VEHICLE STORAGE
==============================================================================
These are places to store your vehicles. There are two types of garages:
small, single-car garages, like in classic GTA games, and large, indoor
garages that can store multiple vehicles and are an interior.

NOTE: Throughout the storyline, sometimes certain safehouses become
unavailable temporarily or permanently. With the exception of Michael's
house, any safehouse that is lost WILL DELETE ALL VEHICLES CONTAINED WITHIN
THE GARAGE. Move vehicles out of the garage before losing the safehouse to
keep vehicles. The impound lot can provide a quick, temporary storage method
for one or both vehicles in these garages, so long as you're careful to get
them out ASAP and not replace them with other vehicles.

------------------------------------------------
SAFEHOUSE GARAGES:
-Can hold 1-2 vehicles each, depending on size

-Hard limit is 2 vehicles (beyond this, vehicles will start disappearing)

-Part of the game world, with no loading to enter

-Found at each character's safehouse(s)

-Story events may render a safehouse (and its storage) temporarily or
 permanently inaccessible
------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------
INTERIOR GARAGES:
-Can hold 4 vehicles

-Separate interior, with vehicles automatically aligned

-Unique for each character

-Will not allow entry for certain vehicles (primarily vehicles too large to
fit in the characters' normal-sized safehouse garages). A glitch mentioned in
section 3.3 can be used to put any vehicle inside, though

-Allows access to DLC land vehicles (and contains an infinite supply of them)

-Must be purchased for $30,000; available after Nervous Ron for Trevor, after
Friends Reunited for Franklin, and after Fame or Shame for Michael

-Available for free from the start of the game with the Collector's Edition of
the game, or as a member of the Rockstar Social Club
------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------
HELIPAD, HANGAR, AND MARINA:
-Can hold a single vehicle at a time

-"Active" vehicle can be selected from owned vehicles of that type

-Purchased vehicles and DLC can be accessed indefinitely

-Vehicles stolen and parked will be deleted if a purchased/DLC vehicle is
 "selected"

-Owning the hangar for Franklin and Michael will allow them entry to the
airport without a wanted level. Trevor's hangar is in Sandy Shores, and thus
he cannot enter the airport without a wanted level

-Must be purchased; all three available after Friends Reunited for Franklin
and after Fame or Shame for Michael. Trevor starts with his helipad
available, and obtains his hangar for free after Nervous Ron. Trevor must
 still purchase the marina.

-Helipad costs $419,850, hangar costs $1,378,600, and marina costs $75,000

-Loading a save while the "Beach Bum Update" free DLC is present will
automatically grant ownership of the marina to all 3 characters for free.
This ownership is permanent, even if the DLC is later removed. The
property will be available from the start of the game

-Similarly, loading a save while the "San Andreas Flight School Update" free
DLC is present will automatically grant ownership of the helipad and hangar
to all 3 characters for free. This ownership is permanent, even if the DLC is
later removed. The properties will be available from the start of the game
------------------------------------------------

All garages and other storage are unique for the character listed, meaning
other characters cannot access them. Additionally, garages will only repair
vehicles if enough time has passed, or if the game is saved and then loaded.
Repairs are not instant, as in previous GTA games.

Also, unlike other open-world games, all garages only store one copy of
vehicles. If you take a vehicle out of the garage and lose it, it will be gone
forever. Make sure to always return your vehicles to the garage after use.
However, the vehicles can often be found at the impound lot is lost during a
mission or abandoned on the street. The impound only stores 2 vehicles,
though; any previous ones are lost forever. Getting a car out of impound costs
$250.

Capacity listed for safehouse garages is relative, with the actual capacity
depending on the vehicles that are stored. If all entrances to a vehicle are
blocked, the vehicle cannot be entered. If all entrances to all vehicles are
blocked, the garage is effectively clogged, and can only be cleared by blowing
up some or all of the vehicles inside.

------------------------------------------------
FRANKLIN'S GARAGES:
------------------------------------------------
INTERIOR: Grove Street Garage, Grove St., Davis
Available (CE or R*SC): After Franklin and Lamar (automatic)
Available (otherwise): After Friends Reunited (costs $30,000)

----------

SAFEHOUSE 1: Franklin's House, Forum Dr., Strawberry
==Available after Franklin and Lamar
==LOST AFTER HOTEL ASSASSINATION
Relative capacity: 1 car + 1 motorcycle

A medium-sized garage that isn't deep. It can only fit one larger vehicle, or
two smaller cars. A single car can also fit a motorcycle beside it. Two
motorcycles fit easily, but that is true for all garages.

NOTE: Remove any vehicles stored within the garage that you wish to keep
before completing the mission "Hotel Assassination" for Lester. Anything
inside the garage after the mission will be lost forever!

----------

SAFEHOUSE 2: Investment Property, Whispymound Dr., Vinewood Hills
==Available after Hotel Assassination
Relative capacity: 2 medium cars

A wider garage, similar to Michael's, but with a much lower clearance. Two
cars can fit in easily, but there isn't much depth.

------------------------------------------------
MICHAEL'S GARAGES:
------------------------------------------------
INTERIOR: Vinewood Garage, Spanish Ave., West Vinewood
Available (CE or R*SC): After Complications (automatic)
Available (otherwise): After Fame or Shame (costs $30,000)

----------

SAFEHOUSE 1: Michael's House, West Eclipse Blvd., Rockford Hills
==Available after Complications
==Temporarily lost after Caida Libre
==Regained after Monkey Business
Relative capacity: 2 cars (1 large, 1 small)

This is a large garage with a lot of space. It can even fit vehicles like the
Towtruck. Take advantage of this one to store some of the bigger vehicles.

NOTE: Although Michael temporarily loses access to his safehouse during the
storyline, the vehicles stored in the garage are safe and will be available
again after regaining access following Monkey Business.

----------

SAFEHOUSE 2: Trevor's Trailer, Marina Ave., Sandy Shores
==Available after Caida Libre
==Lost after Monkey Business
Relative capacity: 1 large car or 2 motorcycles

The garage is a standard garage, about able to fit a large van. It is deep,
so adding a motorcycle in behind another vehicle may be possible.

NOTE: After finishing Caida Libre, Michael gains access to Trevor's trailer
as a safehouse. He also gains access to the garage, however he and Trevor will
share the garage space. They don't each get to store two vehicles.

------------------------------------------------
TREVOR'S GARAGES:
------------------------------------------------
INTERIOR: Pillbox Hill Garage, Adam's Apple Blvd., Pillbox Hill
Available (CE or R*SC): After Mr. Philips (automatic)
Available (otherwise): After Nervous Ron (costs $30,000)

----------

SAFEHOUSE 1: Trevor's Trailer, Marina Ave., Sandy Shores
==Available after Mr. Philips
Relative capacity: 1 large car or 2 motorcycles

The garage is a standard garage, about able to fit a large van. It is deep,
so adding a motorcycle in behind another vehicle may be possible.

----------

SAFEHOUSE 2: Floyd's House, Magellan Ave., La Puerta
==Available after Friends Reunited
==LOST AFTER CAIDA LIBRE
Relative capacity: 2 large cars (or even trucks)

Regarding Floyd's "garage," it is actually a parking spot, similar to GTAIV.
Vehicles parked in the area surrounding the blue tarp underneath the overhang
near Floyd's apartment will be stored, despite not being an actual garage. As
with other safehouse storage, up to two vehicles can be stored. Even large
vehicles, such as the tractor cab JoBuilt Phantom, can be fit by creatively
maneuvering as much of the vehicle as possible close to the blue tarp, which
seems to be the focal point of the parking spot.

All characters have access to the parking spot, as well, and can both see
vehicles parked there as well as park vehicles there. This makes trading
vehicles between characters very easy, at least for the duration the game
grants access to this safehouse.
(Thanks to Arthur Heng for helping me figure out how this space works!)

NOTE: After completing Caida Libre, this safehouse and its garage is lost
for the remainder of the game. Any vehicles stored in the parking spot will be
lost forever at this point.

----------

SAFEHOUSE 3: Vanilla Unicorn, Elgin Ave., Strawberry
==Available after Hang Ten
Relative capacity: 2 large cars (or even trucks)

The Vanilla Unicorn has a parking zone similar to Floyd's house. The specific
parking zone is along the east side of the building, encompassing the several
parking spots with standards against the wall. Although only two vehicles
will be saved at a time, it can fit even large vehicles.

Also similar to Floyd's house is that Michael and Franklin can see and use
any vehicles parked in the spot. However, unlike Floyd's house, only vehicles
parked by Trevor will be saved, reducing the utility the spot provides.

==============================================================================
*3* OTHER INFORMATION AND TECHNIQUES FOR ACQUIRING VEHICLES
==============================================================================
This section explains various things that won't fit elsewhere in the guide.

-----------------------------------------------
3.1 - Major changes from GTAIV
-----------------------------------------------
Several things have changed with regards to vehicle hunting between GTAIV and
GTAV. This is a quick list.

-Failing missions are no longer recorded as a statistic, leaving no "proof" of
failing a mission beyond owning a vehicle that requires it.

-Garages return from classic GTA, and replace parking spots as a means of
vehicle storage. There are also large interior garages that can save 4
vehicles very reliably, but will sometimes not allow certain vehicles (such as
the characters' personal vehicles) to enter. A glitch detailed in section 3.3
describes how to put any vehicle into the interior garages.

-Most UJ vehicles are unobtainable, but some can be pushed or towed into a
character's safehouse garage to obtain them.

-Each character's garages are separate, however it is possible to
"transfer" a vehicle from one character to another by maneuvering two
characters close to each other, then having one get out of the vehicle and
switching to the other, and taking the vehicle. Otherwise, each character's
special vehicle selection is limited to what is found in their missions.

-"Lustered" vehicles are now pearlescents. Pearlescent is a secondary color
that is applied on top of any metallic color (and only metallics). In fact,
pearlescent is the only difference between a metallic color, and its classic
counterpart. The menu option to respray a vehicle as pearlescent is only
available if a metallic paintjob is applied as the primary color. Due to how
the game works with what color is "equipped" as the primary color, it is
possible to recreate any combination of normal and pearlescent colors and have
the result be identical to a seemingly-unique pearlescent vehicle found in a
mission.

-----------------------------------------------
3.2 - Character-switch vehicle retrieval
-----------------------------------------------
Often you will encounter a vehicle that cannot be parked in a safehouse for
some reason, even though you are able to get inside. However, it may be
possible to obtain it so long as you are able to switch to a different
character. Get inside, then switch to someone else. Waste some time, then
switch back to the previous character. If successful, they will either be
driving the vehicle in question, or it will be parked nearby. This can be used
to restart vehicles that have stalled, or become stuck in an irrevocable
position (such as wedged in between obstacles).

A character not currently in use will return to their default vehicle at
midnight of a new day, however, so make sure not to spend too much time on
someone else.

-----------------------------------------------
3.3 - Storing any vehicle inside interior garages!
-----------------------------------------------
Courtesy of StuntmanSnake! With extra insight by me, Lancet Jades, thanks to
a related tip by Eugene Cho.

This is surprisingly simple. To store vehicles in interior garages that
normally can't be stored there, drive the vehicle up to the garage door and
exit the vehicle. Now, get back inside and wait for the character to start the
ignition. Don't press any buttons! Once the vehicle has started up, press the
button to enter the garage.

The game doesn't seem to detect that your vehicle isn't supposed to be stored
in the garage until a button has been pressed, so this "tricks" the game into
allowing entry.

Note that this glitch does not allow you to store a vehicle during a mission,
or to exceed the four-vehicle capacity of the garage. The vast majority of
vehicles, including tractor cabs like the Phantom, will fit without issue, but
a few of the largest vehicles can result in glitchy behavior. The P-996 LAZER
will often disrupt other vehicles, for instance, and a HVY Dump is so big it
will glitch out the garage and possibly kill you upon entry.

It is also possible that storing a vehicle too large for the garage, even if
by only a little bit (such as the JoBuilt Rubble) can cause the game to load
infinitely when entering the garage. This renders the garage useless for the
remainder of that playthrough (unless it miraculously un-glitches at some
point). This infinite loading glitch seems to happen most often with vehicles
stored in the fourth garage slot (the last one to be occupied, and the one
closest to the exit door when inside the garage). Try to avoid storing large
vehicles in it.

You can also obtain multiple copies of the character's special vehicles (the
persistent ones) with this trick. If a persistent vehicle is stored in an
interior garage using this method, it becomes "disconnected" from the
persistent version of the vehicle. It will become like a normal car, with
upgrades isolated to just that specific copy of the vehicle. It can also be
stored in interior garages normally afterwards. This won't delete the
character's persistent copy of the vehicle, though, and it will appear as
normal at the character's safehouse(s) afterwards. The vehicles this will
work for include:
8.1 - [Unique] Franklin's Ice White Bravado Buffalo
8.2 - [Unique] Franklin's Bright Green Western Bagger
8.4 - [Unique] Michael's Black Obey Tailgater
8.6 - [Unique] Amanda's Torino Red Ubermacht Sentinel
8.7 - [Unique] Tracey's Yellow Weeny Issi
8.8 - [Unique] Trevor's Garnet Red Canis Bodhi
9.4 - Michael's Special Red Declasse Premier

-----------------------------------------------
3.4 - Saving certain vehicles from missions (LSC trick)
-----------------------------------------------
Courtesy of fnxrak (discovery) Arthur Heng (exploiting it)!

This is a simple trick that can allow you to obtain various vehicles featured
in missions. It only applies to vehicles that can actually be driven during
the mission, though.

Once inside the vehicle of choice, go to an LSC garage. Enter and modify the
vehicle in some way. This will set it as the "active" vehicle for that
character, and it will appear parked nearby after the mission ends, even if
its a mission-important vehicle. However, sometimes the vehicle in question
will be impounded instead; in that case, just go to the impound lot and pay to
get it out of impound. Don't forget about it!

Some missions result in a message stating that LSC is closed.

-----------------------------------------------
3.5 - Duplicating vehicles
-----------------------------------------------
Courtesy of StuntmanSnake!

You just do the thing where one vehicle becomes two! You know, mitosis.

(it actually involves getting in a vehicle in a safehouse garage, then getting
out and switching characters just as their feet both hit the ground. I'll
make a more detailed description once I test it more.)

-----------------------------------------------
3.6 - Snowy vehicles
-----------------------------------------------
This section was created to save multiple vehicle entries that are all
unobtainable and similar.

Vehicles in North Yankton are special "snowy" versions, covered in - you
guessed it - snow! No doubt a result of the more northern climate of North
Yankton compared to the normally balmy San Andreas weather, these cars are
actually special versions of their respective vehicles. However, as an
inevitable result of their existence only in North Yankton, they are all
unobtainable.

However, North Yankton is only visited in two missions: Prologue, and Bury the
Hatchet, and only the latter allows any real minimum of exploration. In
addition, Bury the Hatchet only shows these vehicles if Michael is the one to
start the mission; starting as Trevor bypasses the whole driving scene.

Aside from having a special snowy texture, these vehicles also have "Yankton"
state license plates, as opposed to the San Andreas state plates of Los Santos
and Blaine County.

Vehicles seen during "Prologue":
-Police Roadcruiser, Emergency (North Yankton state police livery)
-Police Rancher (North Yankton state police livery)
-Brute Stockade, Commercial ("Bobcat" livery)
-Albany Emperor, Sedans
-Declasse Rancher XL, Off-Road
-Stanley Fieldmaster, Utility

Vehicles seen during "Bury the Hatchet":
-Declasse Asea, Sedans (also a unique vehicle in and of itself)
-Vapid Sadler, Utility
-Albany Emperor, Sedans
-Declasse Rancher XL, Off-Road
-Canis Mesa, SUVs
-Declasse Burrito, Vans

-----------------------------------------------
3.7 - Get inside UJ vehicles! (Trick 3.7)
-----------------------------------------------
Courtesy of Saints Row Four from Youtube!

Simple but effective, first identify the UJ vehicle you want to get inside.
Walk in front of the vehicle, then get out the cellphone and select the
Snapmatic camera app. The trick here is that while the app is being opened,
and as the screen goes black, rapidly press the Y button (360) or triangle
button (PS3). What should happen is the game will open the camera, but if you
exit out of it, the character should be inside the vehicle, driving it.

Note that this does not seem to work on the most current patch, or at least
not reliably. Either revert to an earlier patch (if possible) or delete the
patch and play unpatched to obtain a vehicle with this method. Also, this will
only work on vehicles that give a UJ animation, wherein the character meekly
tries tugging on the door handle of the vehicle to no avail. Some vehicles
are ignored by characters completely, and these cannot be obtained with this
method.

The UJ property is removed when a vehicle is stored inside a garage and is
respawned, either by leaving and moving enough of a distance away from the
garage, or by saving and loading the game. It is also removed if you switch to
another character while driving the UJ vehicle and then switch back, which is
necessary to store vehicles in interior garages that usually can't be stored
(since trick 3.3 won't work if you can't get inside the vehicle normally).

Here is his video of this amazing discovery:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fN24N-40G1U

-----------------------------------------------
3.7 - Interior garage "blue hell" method
-----------------------------------------------
This is a complicated little trick that is necessary to obtain some very
hard-to-get vehicles, including the snowy Asea from Burying the Hatchet. It
was discovered (to my knowledge) by SAINTS ROW FOUR on Youtube.com.

To pull this off, enter a character's interior garage on foot. The goal is to
drop into blue hell by jumping into the tire rack near the front door of the
garage (not the one the characters enters/exits from on foot, but the actual
garage door in the front). Run parallel to the garage door and jump at the
tire rack until the character eventually flips into it and drops into blue
hell. For an example of this, watch the first two minutes of the following
video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=auuRnyyP7oY

After a few seconds in blue hell, the character will end up back in the game
world. Things seem normal here, but with one important difference: the game
still thinks you're in the interior garage. The main (and only) consequence of
this is that the next vehicle entered will teleport you back to the interior
garage. The character will be sitting inside the vehicle right out front of
the entrance. This is because the game still thinks you were inside the
garage, and that you entered a vehicle. So it places you outside the garage
inside the vehicle you entered.

At this point, how to finish obtaining the vehicle depends on the mission.
More information will be provided in any given vehicle's entry. Keep in mind
that due to how this trick works, you CANNOT get inside any other vehicle
before the target vehicle! The very first vehicle entered, whether manually or
due to a mission cutscene placing you inside one, will teleport you back to
the garage. This makes exploitation of this trick tedious, but it is extremely
effective when it is possible to use.

==============================================================================
*4* UNIQUE VEHICLES
==============================================================================
These vehicles only appear during story missions, and once the game is
completed, cannot be acquired without cheating. Unique vehicles are denoted by
having a unique vehicle name not found elsewhere. Unique versions of existing
vehicles are found under specially colored/featured vehicles.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4.1 - Unobtainable Cargo Plane, Planes (1st of 2)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Minor Turbulence [T] (Michael)
Discovered by: Many people

----------------------------------------
Description: A massive cargo transport aircraft, this is a huge vehicle and
handles like one. During the section of the mission with the military escort,
the LAZERs practically can fly circles around this. It's honestly a mystery as
to why (and how) Trevor thought this could possibly fit on his tiny airstrip
in Grapeseed.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: The plane is part of the mission and obviously vanishes if the
mission is failed. Completing the mission sees it plummet into the Alamo Sea.
Even if it could somehow be taken to a hangar, there's no chance it could
possibly fit inside.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4.2 - "Merryweather" Canis Mesa, Off-Road
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Minor Turbulence [T] (Michael)
Difficulty: **********
Required: Pushing vehicle, patience, and luck
Discovered by: Many people
**Complete mission

----------------------------------------
Description: The Merryweather Off-Road Canis Mesa is heavily-modified with
large off-road tires. Used exclusively by the "security consulting" company,
this Mesa is quite unique and even classified differently than the normal
Mesa, which is an SUV and not Off-Road vehicle.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: After the air force critically damages the Cargo Plane, Trevor will
bail out, and has the option to drive this out of the cargo bay instead. Once
he does, he'll have to bail or else the Mesa will explode when it hits the
ground and kill him. But since this will usually land close to Trevor's Sandy
Shores safehouse, it is possible to parachute down safely and get a vehicle to
push this to the garage at that safehouse. With a lot of luck and a vehicle to
prop open the garage door, it can be pushed inside and will, hopefully, be
resurrected by the garage. This can take a lot of luck, though, and the garage
is prone to causing the vehicle to just vanish instead of reviving it. Unless
you REALLY want this one, just get one from a later mission.

<<Formulated by: Lancet Jades>>
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4.3 - Unobtainable "Merryweather" Canis Mesa, Off-Road
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Derailed [MT] (Trevor)
Discovered by: Lancet Jades

----------------------------------------
Description: A unique version of the Canis Mesa, classified as Off-Road
instead of an SUV, and with numerous unique body modifications. This one is
black in color.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: Trevor and Michael encounter this while escaping the wreckage
in the Dinghy. As the controls are locked to the boat at this time, it is
impossible to get out and obtain it, and it would likely vanish even after the
mission ends.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4.4 - Unobtainable Declasse Asea, Sedans (snowy)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Bury the Hatchet [MT] (Michael)
Discovered by: Many people
Unique license plate: [LB080984]

----------------------------------------
Description: This is a somewhat compact little sedan that is as rare as it
is... mediocre. Nothing particularly stands out, yet it is only found in two
places, one of which is this unobtainable snowy version. Note that to see this
vehicle, YOU MUST START THE MISSION AS MICHAEL. Starting as Trevor bypasses
the while driving scene, and this this vehicle won't be seen (along with the
other snowy vehicles). It also has a unique license plate, for what little
that matters next to the mountain of other unique things.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: Michael uses this car during the North Yankton segment of the
mission. As it is in North Yankton, there is no way to retrieve it for return
to San Andreas (barring some esoteric glitch that someone will no doubt find
a few years after release).
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4.S1 - Space Docker (unpatched game only)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Franklin): The Final Frontier (Omega)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Too many people
**Complete mission

----------------------------------------
Description: The Space Docker is a heavily-modified dune buggy, complete with
blue LEDs and UFO sound effects. It performs about the same as the vehicle it
is based on, but is pretty fun to drive.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: Once the cutscene ends, Franklin will be standing in a garage with
this vehicle sitting there for the taking. This is the only chance to obtain
this vehicle on an unpatched game, so take it to a garage immediately!

----------------------------------------
NOTE: This entry is only for unpatched versions of the game, or those using
earlier patches! A later patch adds this vehicle to the special vehicles list
of each character's interior garage once The Final Frontier is complete, thus
making this vehicle "rare," not "unique." See vehicle 8.S1 for more
information on this vehicle.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4.S2 - Unobtainable Cargo Plane, Planes (2nd of 2)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Franklin): Liquidity Risk (Dom)
Discovered by: Many people

----------------------------------------
Description: A massive cargo transport aircraft, this is a huge vehicle and
handles like one. Not that you get to fly it in this mission, but you should
remember from Minor Turbulence. I doubt many advances in aviation have been
made in the couple of in-game weeks since then.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: The plane is part of the mission and is already taking off on
the runway, leaving no chance to obtain it. And unlike Trevor in Minor
Turbulence, you don't even have the luxury of commandeering it. You just
drive a Blazer out the back like a straight busta.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4.S3 - Declasse Asea, Sedans
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Michael): What Lies Beneath (Abigail)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Common knowledge
**Trick 3.7

----------------------------------------
Description: A modest compant four-door sedan, the Asea is nonetheless a
notoriously rare vehicle, only present in a select few places in the game. It
also will not spawn randomly on the streets, even while driving one.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: This is parked above the docks while the stranger mission is active.
Unfortunately, it is UJ and seemingly immune to a Towtruck. To obtain it,
complete the mission, and it will become unlocked. This may require killing
the target rather than letting them live. Alternatively, use trick 3.7 to get
inside and just drive it to a garage. This can be used to easily obtain an
infinite number of Aseas.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4.S4 - Unobtainable Clown Van
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Trevor): Grass Roots - Trevor (Barry)
Discovered by: Lancet Jades

----------------------------------------
Description: This van is a clown van! It is painted in clown colors, has a red
clown nose on the front grill, and can generate an infinite number of clowns
from the rear! It is truly the spawn of nightmares.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: It is stuck inside Trevor's happy fun fantasy world. What's
more, Trevor won't even attempt to get inside, making trick 3.7 useless for
obtaining it. Sad.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

==============================================================================
*5* UNIQUE/BLANK LICENSE PLATE VEHICLES
==============================================================================
These vehicles all have a unique or blank license plate, making them special
(and very visibly so). They may or may not also have a special color or
feature that is similarly unique, and if so, it will be noted as well. These
vehicles are special because they cannot be found outside of the mission(s)
where they are present.

Descriptions will be provided, listing exactly why and how the vehicle is
special. Colors on vehicles that cannot be customized are approximated.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5.1 - [Blank] Black Canis Mesa (1st of 3)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Complications [MF] (Simeon)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Timcatgt
**BLANK PLATE ONLY AVAILABLE ON EARLIER PATCHES
**Post-mission
**Patched - unequipped wheel type

----------------------------------------
Description: A metallic black Canis Mesa with a random pearlescent color and
an uncovered back. The license plate is blank, and on earlier patches it
doesn't show any wheels as equipped, even though it has Off-Road default
wheels. It also comes with bulletproof tires. While this is not necessarily a
unique aspect, considering that this vehicle can be modified at LSC, but this
one is obtainable before bulletproof tires are available at LSC.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: This can be found by switching to Franklin immediately after
completing the mission. Once in control of him, head north, and this will be
parked alongside the road. Note that this vehicle is spawned by the switch
event with Franklin talking to Lamar on the phone, and if Michael gets too
close to the location of the event, it will prevent the event from happening.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5.2 - [Unique] Red Nagasaki Blazer
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Nervous Ron [T] (Trevor)
Difficulty: *
Required: Mission failure
Discovered by: Skellington87
Actual primary color: (Metallic) Candy Red
Unique license plate: [TPI1000]

----------------------------------------
Description: Trevor's red quadbike with a unique license plate. The plate hints
that this is a vehicle in service to Trevor Philips Industries. The pearlescent
appears to always be black, though it's not very noticeable in any case.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 1: Keeping this bike is as simple as getting on at the start of the
mission and driving to the airfield southwest of the start location. This will
fail the mission. Choose to exit, and Trevor will still be riding this quad
after the mission ends.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 2: To keep this and 5.3 - [Unique] Blue Nagasaki Blazer at the same
time, park it in the garage at the end of the strategy for 5.3. When the
mission is failed and exited, both this and 5.3 will be waiting inside the
garage.

<<Formulated by: Eugene Cho>>
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5.3 - [Unique] Blue Nagasaki Blazer
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Nervous Ron [T] (Trevor)
Difficulty: **
Required: Pushing vehicle (JoBuilt Hauler recommended); mission failures
Discovered by: Skellington87 (discovery); darksunnyday (obtain);
fnxrak helped; Eugene Cho for one-fail strategy for both Blazers
Unique license plate: [B3L13V3]

----------------------------------------
Description: This is Ron's blue quadbike, and it has a unique license plate
that hints at his paranoia and conspiracy theory-based personality. The
pearlescent appears to always be black, though it's not very noticeable in any
case.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: This is a bit tricky to work with, but ultimately isn't too
difficult to manage. The first goal, before starting the mission, is to obtain
a nice, big pushing vehicle. Darksunnyday suggested a Trashmaster, but I found
a JoBuilt Hauler to be superb for the task. Alternatively, a Phantom will
work, but most tractor cabs should be able to pull it off. Trevor's Canis
Bodhi is NOT up to the task. Make a quicksave in the vehicle near the mission
start, then start the mission.

Instead of getting on Trevor's Blazer, instead get inside the truck you got
beforehand (it should be sitting in Trevor's driveway), and follow Ron to the
airstrip. The goal here is to let Ron get off of his Blazer, then push it back
to Trevor's safehouse using the truck you have. A big, heavy truck should push
it fairly easily, but be careful not to be too reckless, as it will be
destroyed if it's damaged too much. Don't worry about it vanishing; it is a
mission-important vehicle and will not disappear unless the mission is failed.

The choice of truck is what determines how easy or tedious the pushing back
is. A JoBuilt Hauler can push the Blazer with amazing ease if it's pushing the
side of the ATV and not the front or back. The flat, square shape of the cab
works wonders. Other vehicles may have more trouble pushing properly.
Generally, if the Blazer starts smoking before you reach the garage, you're
either being too rough, or your choice of truck is insufficient for the task.

Once back at the garage, carefully push the Blazer inside. Be carefully not to
wedge the Blazer up against the closed garage door! This will prevent it from
opening and will probably doom that attempt. Get a smaller car off of the
nearby roads to finish the pushing if the truck can't push the Blazer far
enough inside to close all the way.

Once the Blazer is successfully inside, decide whether you want Trevor's red
Blazer as well. If so, park it inside the garage too. Once you're ready, shoot
out the tires on the blue Blazer. The mission will fail, and once exited, the
Blazer (or Blazers) will be waiting inside the garage (although the blue one
will still be UJ). After saving and reloading, it will be usable and can be
moved if desired.

5.4 - [Blank] Blue PL Black JoBuilt Phantom
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Fame or Shame [MT] (Michael)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Timcatgt
**BLANK PLATE ONLY AVAILABLE ON EARLIER PATCHES
**Post-mission
**No interior garage

----------------------------------------
Description: A large Phantom tractor cab with a blank plate. It has a black
paintjob with a noticeable surf blue pearlescent color to it that makes it
stand out quite well against the more mundane randomly-spawning colors for
this mighty tractor cab.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: First, make sure you revert to an earlier patch (or delete the
patch and go without) before attempting this! Somewhere around patch 1.16,
this vehicle no longer becomes blank-plated when switching post-mission, and
will just remain as vehicle 6.19.1. Anyways...

After the mission ends, you'll be controlling Michael. Switch to Trevor, and
he'll be driving this vehicle. It is presumably the same Phantom from the
mission, but with a blanked license plate. Use the trick in section 3.3 to
store it in Trevor's interior garage. It can technically be stored in Floyd's
parking spot, but since that is lost forever at a certain point in the story,
it is not a permanent solution, and there will be a period of time where no
suitable safehouse garage exists to store this. As such, without putting it
into Trevor's interior garage, this vehicle cannot be kept permanently.

<<Formulated by: Arthur Heng>>

----------------------------------------
NOTE: This vehicle is slightly too large for interior garages to properly
store it. This is only a minor concern, except for one problem: if it is
stored in the fourth slot in the garage (the one closest to the entry door),
it can cause the garage to infinitely load next time you enter, rendering the
garage lost forever. Be careful with what position it is stored in.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
5.5 - [Blank] Black Vapid Sadler
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Hood Safari [FT] (Franklin)
Difficulty: *
Required: Start or finish mission as Trevor (without failures)
Discovered by: Timcatgt
**BLANK PLATE ONLY AVAILABLE ON EARLIER PATCHES
**Post-mission

----------------------------------------
Description: A metallic black Sadler with a random pearlescent and a blank
plate. Nothing else is particularly memorable about the vehicle, including the
slow acceleration and clunky handling.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: If the mission either begins or ends with Trevor (or both), and you
have NOT failed the mission and kept going, switching to the other character
after the mission ends will find him taking cover in a cylindrical structure
that is under construction near the southern docks. This will be parked
nearby, slightly to the east. Just get inside and drive to a garage. The last
chance to switch characters during the mission is during the second part of
the Seashark chase, where the trio is heading southeast under bridges. Once
the "Lose the Cops" objective appears, you're locked into whoever you're
controlling.

----------------------------------------
NOTE: This is mutually exclusive with 5.6 - Black Canis Mesa w/ blank plate
and 5.7 - Drumless Black HVY Mixer. As they appear after the mission, only one
of the three can be obtained.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mission: Hood Safari [FT] (Franklin)
Difficulty: *
Required: Start and finish as Franklin
Discovered by: Timcatgt
**BLANK PLATE ONLY AVAILABLE ON EARLIER PATCHES
**Post-mission
**Patched - unequipped wheel type

----------------------------------------
Description: A metallic black Mesa that has a blank license plate and a random
pearlescent color. Seems to be the same one as seen after Complications if
switching to Franklin, as it always spawns without the fully-closed back. The
wheels also don't show as equipped on earlier patches, as with the previous
one.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: If the mission starts and ends as Franklin, switching to Trevor will
find him taking cover behind a concrete wall bordering a road near the
southern docks. This will be parked nearby, slightly to the west. Just get
inside and drive to a garage. The last chance to switch to Franklin during the
mission is during the second part of the Seashark chase, where the trio is
heading southeast under bridges. Once the "Lose the Cops" objective appears,
you're locked into whoever you're controlling.

5.7 - [Blank] Drumless Black HVY Mixer
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Hood Safari [FT] (Franklin)
Difficulty: *
Required: Start and finish as Trevor; fail mission at least once (but don't
 exit the mission)
Discovered by: Timcatgt (Columbo for confirming)
**BLANK PLATE ONLY AVAILABLE ON EARLIER PATCHES
**Post-mission
**No interior garage

----------------------------------------
Description: This is quite a unique Mixer, as it is missing the mixing drum!
Everything but the drum is present, so it looks like the drum was just deleted
off of the vehicle. The color is black and the plate is blank, as well. An odd
vehicle that any collector should consider!

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: To cause this to appear, you must start AND finish the mission as
Trevor. In addition, the mission must be failed at least once (die, get
busted, or fail some objective). After finishing the mission, switch back to
Franklin and he will be slightly northwest of where he would normally be after
the mission. Head northeast and you'll find this on the north side of the
building. Once it is in sight, the rather unique appearance will be easy to
notice. You can play as Franklin during most of the mission, so long as it
ends as Trevor. Note that the Mixer requires exploiting the trick to store it
inside an interior garage, since Floyd's safehouse parking spot will not last
forever.

5.8 - [Unique] Brown Towtruck
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Scouting the Port [T] (Trevor)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Timcatgt
Unique license plate: [5T3ALM3]

----------------------------------------
Description: This is a rusty brown Towtruck (similar to JB's Towtruck) with a
unique plate that is somewhat out of place, given that there is no reason in
this mission for it to exist. Interestingly, the license plate seems to spell
out "STEALME," with numbers substituted for some letters.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: This is parked outside the dry dock to the right after Trevor
acquires the briefcase of manifests and Floyd gets his ass kicked. Get inside
and drive to the mission destination. After the mission ends, this will be
waiting outside. Unfortunately, Trevor doesn't have a garage that can fit
this, so arrange an impromptu meeting between Trevor and Michael, let Michael
take the Towtruck, then park it in his safehouse garage. Or you could store it
in Trevor's interior garage using the trick in section 3.3.

Description: This is a metallic orange Entity XF with black trim and a unique
license plate. Driven by one of the targets in the mission, this car is truly
a sight to behold and a pinnacle of performance.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 1: Obtaining this vehicle is as simple as using the LSC trick. Take
the car to a LSC garage before finishing the mission and apply a modification.
Then, complete the mission. Afterwards, this will be waiting in the police
impound lot. Spend the money to get it out and it's yours! Note that doing
this may make the mission's time requirement difficult to meet, as this
mission does not give a lot of spare time due to the expected top speed you're
supposed to spend most of the mission at.

----------------------------------------
(For both this and car 5.10)
STRATEGY 2: To acquire both this and the blue Cheetah in the same mission,
proceed with the first strategy up until the other characters arrive at the
destination garage. Do the LSC trick on this vehicle, then get in another
vehicle and drive away. You'll fail the mission for abandoning the vehicle.
Exit the mission and go retrieve it from impound, then replay the mission and
do the LSC trick on the other.

STRATEGY: After finishing the mission, switch to Franklin. He will be near the
car wash in Strawberry, near his aunt's house. Head towards the car wash (to

Description: Beverly's car from the mission, this is metallic torino red with
a matte gray secondary color. The only unique feature is the plate, spelling
out Beverly's profession in no uncertain or undouchey terms.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: Get a Towtruck and approach the mission location. Fire a shot at
Beverly to scare him off and cancel the mission (or ram him with your truck).
Once the mission is cancelled, this will be sitting nearby to take. But it's
UJ, which is why we have that Towtruck. Tow it to Franklin's safehouse garage

Description: A metallic graphite Landstalker with a non-default pearlescent
color and a black secondary color. The unique plate clearly indicates its
owner.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: This couldn't be easier to keep. Just drive to the stranger
location, then get inside and drive off. Starting the actual mission isn't
even required. You can also get it by starting the mission and completing it
(assuming the target isn't allowed to escape in this vehicle).

5.S4 - [Unique] "Epsilon" Blue Obey Tailgater
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Michael): Unknowing the Truth (Epsilon)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Lots of people
Unique license plate: [K1FFL0M]
**Pre-mission
**Trick 3.7

----------------------------------------
Description: The only car for a true thesis! This baby blue Tailgater combines
the rarity of the Tailgater model with a unique Epsilon blue color, topped off
with a unique license plate. That's three unique properties in one! The wheels
are also set to black rather than alloy, but this isn't actually unique since
it's a standard color on the list.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: Parked at the Epsilon compound prior to starting the mission.
Obtaining it is simple: either push or tow it to a safehouse garage, or use
trick 3.7 and drive it to any garage. The mission can be cancelled by
attacking one of the guards, or avoided altogether by simply not wearing the
Epsilon robes (or having $50,000). Just beware of the wanted level incurred
for attempting anything within the compound (which usually becomes 2 stars). A
reliable tactic for me was to quickly kill the guard at the western entrance
of the compound (getting 1 star), then run to the vehicles in the middle. This
will usually cause the police to give up pursuit fairly qwuickly, leaving you
free to claim the vehicles.

<<Formulated by: Lancet Jades>>

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 2: Alternatively, complete the mission by stealing the money, and
Michael will be driving this vehicle after it ends.

----------------------------------------
NOTE: If the mission is failed, Michael will not get back the $50,000 that is
removed when the mission begins.

Stranger (Michael): Unknowing the Truth (Epsilon)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Lots of people
Unique license plate: [K1FFL0M1]
**Post-mission

----------------------------------------
Description: A rusty, old tractor that can barely climb the incline west of
where it is parked. The only notable feature is the unique license plate, and
possibly the fact that the only other Tractor in the game (just as rusty as
this one) is a good ways outside of LS. So, if you ever wanted to drive a
significantly non-street-legal farm machine in the crowded city...

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 1: This can be obtained WITHOUT delivering the money! Progress the
mission until the car has been delivered (parked in the yellow marker and
exited). This spawns the Tractor in the lot near the LSC. Attack and kill the
Epsilonists, then run down the stairway and hop on your (not so) shiny and
(definitely not) new unique plate Tractor!

<<Formulated by: Lancet Jades>>

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 2: Alternatively, complete the mission by delivering the money, and
Michael will be given this.... gracious reward afterwards.

----------------------------------------
NOTE: If the mission is failed, Michael will not get back the $50,000 that is
removed when the mission begins. Still, better to spend $50,000 for this piece
of junk than $2 million, right?

5.R1 - [Unique] Gold Cheval Picador
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Random event: Countryside Gang Fight [MFT]
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Timcatgt
Unique license plate: [WDU 696]

------------------------------------------------------------
Description: This is a metallic gold Picador with a unique plate.

------------------------------------------------------------
Availability: This event occurs in Sandy Shores, directly north of the western
end of the large airstrip. It involves protecting a man against two Lost
bikers, then guarding him against the reinforcements that show up.

------------------------------------------------------------
STRATEGY: This is the vehicle used by the victim in this event. After killing
the first two bikers, he will run to it. Proceed to kill the biker's
reinforcements, then the mission will end with the victim getting inside
(after throwing $1000 onto the ground), and driving off. Simply jack the
vehicle before he drives off and take it to a garage. Don't forget the money,
though!

*6* SPECIALLY COLORED/FEATURED VEHICLES
==============================================================================
This section lists all vehicles that have a special color or feature that
cannot be normally obtained, thus making them "special" vehicles, that do NOT
have a unique or blank license plate.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.1 - Special Gray Gallivanter Baller
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Repossession [F] (Simeon)
Difficulty: *
Required: Towtruck (small version)
Discovered by: fnxrak
Actual primary color: (Worn) Blue Silver
**Pre-mission

----------------------------------------
Description: This bluish-gray Baller is a special "worn" version of the normal
metallic color, and reflects light differently than normal.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: First, get a small Towtruck. One can be found parked outside the LSC
garage in Paleto Bay, and sometimes spawns on roads in Blaine County. After
acquiring one, drive to Simeon's dealership and park it around back. Fire a
shot towards Simeon's office inside the building to cancel the mission, then
tow the gray Baller out of the building and take it to Franklin's safehouse.
Push it inside, then save and reload, and it will be available to drive.

The Towtruck is necessary because the Baller is UJ before storing it, and even
trick 3.7 won't allow Franklin inside. The large Towtruck (used in Tonya's
stranger missions) is too large to fit inside the building.

<<Formulated by: fnxrak>>

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.2 - Special Orange Bravado Bison
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Repossession [F] (Simeon)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Lancet Jades
Actual primary color: (Worn) Light Orange
**LSC trick

----------------------------------------
Description: This is a bright orange Bison and different from all existing
orange colors. It is actually a "worn" orange color, but despite this, it
still manages to be quite different, making it one of the most unique
specially-colored vehicles in the game. It also has an ice white pearlescent.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 1: Once you reach the alley, run to the Bison and get in. The mission
will fail once the window is broken. Choose to exit the mission, and Franklin
will still be inside the truck (or standing right outside). Drive it to a
garage. Sometimes this will not work, and the Bison will vanish after exiting
the mission, but if so, just try again. This should be your go-to strategy
unless you're really stuck-up about never ever failing a mission, ever.

----------------------------------------
(This strategy is for 360 players to obtain without mission failure)

STRATEGY 2: Once the Vagos have been killed and the objective to catch the
bike is displayed, get inside the Bison instead of leaving the alley. Use the
Bison to knock the driver off the bike, and Lamar will drive it back to the
meeting point. Once you've taken the bike there, it will be parked nearby. It
is important that the biker is allowed to escape and that Lamar gets inside
before killing the biker in order for this to be obtainable! If the biker is
killed BEFORE Lamar gets inside the truck, it will be UJ after finishing the
mission. Still technically obtainable, but needlessly difficult.

<<Formulated by: Lancet Jades (lol232, fnxrak for the details)>>

----------------------------------------
(This strategy is for PS3 players to obtain without mission failure)

STRATEGY 3: This vehicle is a bit harder to obtain without mission failure on
PS3. Using the above strategy won't work because the Bison won't be at the car
wash in the PS3 version. Proceed with the mission until all the Vagos are
dead. Once they are, quickly run to the entrance of the alley. The target will
appear for a moment before driving off. Shoot him off the bike at this moment.
Once the objective appears to drive the bike back to the car wash, go get the
Bison. Now, you must double-drive this and the Bagger to a LSC garage. Modify
the Bison, then drive the bike to the destination and finish the mission.
Afterwards, the Bison will be waiting in the police impound lot.

<<Formulated by: StuntmanSnake>>

----------------------------------------
NOTE: It has been reported that strategy 3 is unnecessary for many people,
even on the PS3 version. Try it if strategy 2 doesn't work, but sometimes it
is a matter of not killing the biker too quickly. Letting him survive a little
while seems to solve the problem of the Bison vanishing, and killing him
before he drives off may stop that from working on PS3 altogether.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.3 - Special Green Bravado Bison
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Repossession [F] (Simeon)
Difficulty: *
Required: Mission failure and trick 3.7
Discovered by: fnxrak
Actual primary color: (Worn) Dark Green

----------------------------------------
Description: This Bravado Bison has a special green color. It is classified as
a "worn" color, and is similar to Sea Green, but without as much 'blue' color.
As it is worn, it also has the unique light effects of that class of colors.
It also has a random pearlescent color. Due to the special green, this is one
of the more 'special' special-colored vehicles in the game.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: This is parked in the alleyway with the target bike. It is tricky to
get as touching it or impeding its path will prompt its occupants to exit and
fail the mission. To obtain it, park outside the alley, then rush inside so
that Lamar is left behind. Run up behind the Bison, but don't actually touch
it! When close, pull out your phone and do trick 3.7. If successful, Franklin
will enter just before the mission fails. Then, exit the mission and drive it
to a garage.

6.4 - Random Obey Tailgater w/ random plate (1st of 2)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Complications [MF] (Simeon)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Various people

----------------------------------------
Description: An Obey Tailgater with a random license plate. It may seem odd
that a random plate version is unique, but the Tailgater does not spawn
randomly. As such, only Michael's personal version is obtainable at the end of
the game, and it has a set license plate. The body color is random, but seems
to favor blacks and grays.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 1: Get inside one of the Tailgaters and attack the vehicle Simeon is
trying to sell. This will fail the mission. Exit and drive it to a garage.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 2: This strategy is best for keeping both the Tailgater and obtaining
6.6 - Special Yellow Karin BeeJay XL w/ set plate, and 5.1 - [Blank] Black
Canis Mesa (1st of 3). Get inside the Tailgater and drive towards the target,
but stop at the LSC garage on the way and modify it in some way. Complete the
mission, and obtain the two vehicles (the BeeJay XL with Michael, and the Mesa
with Franklin), and store them. Once all that is done, go to the impound lot,
and the Tailgater should be waiting there for Franklin. Retrieve it and take
it to a garage.

6.5 - Branded White Bravado Bison w/ wooden plank
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Complications [MF] (Simeon)
Difficulty: *
Required: Mission failure, trick 3.7
Discovered by: Lancet Jades
Actual primary color: (Worn) White

----------------------------------------
Description: This Bison, branded with the Mighty Bush livery and with a large
plank of wood covering the bed are seen on the streets, but none are found in
the white color this one is. The color is technically "worn" white, but this
version of the Bison is never seen in anything close to white, making it
unique regardless.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: This can only be obtained by using the strategy in section 3.7 -
driving UJ vehicles. Any attempt to attack or touch it will instantly fail
the mission, and even this trick will fail the mission. After exiting the
mission, it should be parked on the street near Franklin.

6.6 - Special Yellow Karin BeeJay XL w/ set plate
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Complications [MF] (Simeon)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: StuntmanSnake
Set license plate: [57EIG117]
Actual primary color: (Worn) Taxi Yellow
**Complete mission

----------------------------------------
Description: Jimmy's SUV, purchased from Simeon during the ending cutscene of
Franklin and Lamar. Its color is unique, not only being the "worn" type with
slightly different lighting, but being "taxi" yellow, a shade normally
unavailable at LSC. This is the same BeeJay XL that is found after this
mission, however this one differs by having a set license plate (the same one
seen during the mission).

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: This will be found in the showroom immediately after the mission
ends. If this is not taken immediately (before leaving the area), it will lose
its set license plate and become vehicle 6.8.

6.7 - UWC Simeon Dealership vehicles
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.7.1 - Red Karin BeeJay XL
6.7.2 - Gray Karin BeeJay XL
6.7.3 - Blue Obey Tailgater w/ random plate
6.7.4 - Yellow Obey Tailgater w/ random plate
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Complications [MF] (Simeon)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: fnxrak
**Complete mission
**Safehouse garages only!!!

----------------------------------------
Description: These four vehicles are present inside Simeon's showroom
immediately following the completion of Complications. What makes them unique
is that they do not show any equipped wheel color if the list is viewed (which
requires changing from the default wheel type to a different one). The wheels,
when changed, are a bright white color, much more pronounced than Frost White
(which is usually the brightest white).

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 1: These are found in Simeon's showroom immediately after the mission
ends. Even switching to Franklin will disrupt these to the point of changing
the showroom to the vehicles in 6.9 and 6.10. This makes obtaining more than
one of these very difficult, as Michael will have to drive them to his own
garages directly following the mission. Additionally, this will make it
difficult if not impossible to obtain vehicle 5.1, which is obtained from
Franklin's post-mission switch event.

----------------------------------------
NOTE: These are only present IMMEDIATELY following the mission. Even in the
time it takes to switch to Franklin and back, they will have reverted to the
vehicles in 6.9 and 6.10, so choose the one you want and garage it
immediately.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.8 - Special Yellow Karin BeeJay XL

Mission: After Complications [MF] (Simeon), before Father/Son [MF] (Michael)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Lancet Jades
Actual primary color: (Worn) Taxi Yellow
**Post-mission

----------------------------------------
Description: Jimmy's SUV, purchased from Simeon during the ending cutscene of
Franklin and Lamar. Its color is unique, not only being the "worn" type with
slightly different lighting, but being "taxi" yellow, a shade normally
unavailable at LSC.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 1: After finishing the mission, leave the BeeJay XL in the car
dealership and go do something else (or load an autosave made after the
mission). When you return, the vehicle will still be there, but will no
longer have a unique license plate. This vehicle will stay in the dealership
until either you have passed Father/Son, or a character enters the vehicle
(whether they actually take it or not).

----------------------------------------
NOTE: If vehicle 6.6 was taken from the showroom at the end of Complications,
this vehicle will not appear.

Mission: After Complications [MF] (Simeon), before Father/Son [MF] (Michael);
or after Father/Son and before Mr. Philips via an exploit
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: fnxrak
**Complete mission
**Safehouse garages only!!!

----------------------------------------
Description: These three vehicles are parked inside Simeon's dealership after
finishing Complications, and spawn there until Mr. Philips is complete. The
only unique property any of them share is that they have an unequipped wheel
color. To view this, drive one to LSC and change the wheel type from the
default setting. They have no color shown as equipped in the wheel color list,
and the color appears as a bright white not normally found on the list.

However, the last viewed wheel color from the list will be permanently
given to the wheels, even when exiting out of the list without purchasing a
color. As such, be sure not to view a wheel color with this vehicle if you
intend on keeping it unique! All other aspects of these vehicles, including
body color, are not special, except for the random nature of the Obey
Tailgater's license plates. Vehicle 6.10 is also in the showroom, but has
other unique features that warrant its own entry.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 1: These are found in Simeon's showroom after the mission ends. They
continually spawn inside until finishing Mr. Philips, and can be obtained at
your leisure. Even multiple copies of the vehicles can be obtained. However,
the fact that interior garages strip their special property means that only a
limited number can be collected total. After finishing Father/Son, the hole in
the dealership wall is repaired and other strategies must be used to obtain
these vehicles.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 2: These can also be obtained after finishing the Simeon random event
at the dealership, which is only available between Friend Request and Mr.
Philips. After completing the random event, the showroom's doors will stay
unlocked until after completing Mr. Philips. Since the vehicles spawn inside
the showroom at all times after Complications (even after the window is
boarded up), they can be obtained by walking in as either Franklin or Michael
and getting inside.

Once inside, switch to the other character, play for a few minutes, then
switch back to the character inside this vehicle. They should be outside the
showroom, driving on the street. Just drive the vehicle to their garage and
store it.

<<Formulated by: Lancet Jades (based off Columbo's strategy)>>

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 3: These can be obtained BETWEEN finishing Father/Son and finishing
the Simeon random event after Friend Request by exploiting the game's
imperfect loading of non-static obstacles. Drive down Adams Apple Blvd. (the
street that Trevor's interior garage is on) to the west, towards the freeway
overpass. After crossing underneath, the road ahead will look like a bridge.
At this point, turn around and drive back towards the dealership. Drive at
high speed towards the wooden cover in the corner where Franklin crashed the
SUV in Complications.

What should happen is the game will load a placeholder graphic for the wood,
then remove it for a split second before replacing it with the actual solid
obstacle. During this window of opportunity, you are able to drive inside and
claim this vehicle. If the wood fully loads, just drive away and try again.
If playing on an Xbox 360, make sure the play disc is NOT installed to a USB
drive, otherwise loading times will be too fast to make it through the wall.

Once inside the dealership (and if any vehicles actually spawned, since they
won't always be there), get inside and switch to the other character. Play as
them for a few minutes, then switch back to whoever was in the vehicle. They
should be outside the showroom, driving on a road. Take it to a garage.

<<Formulated by: Columbo, with improvements by Lancet Jades>>

----------------------------------------
NOTE: These are present after the four vehicles in 6.7 are not present. If
stored inside an interior garage, these vehicles will lose the UWC property of
their wheels! The Tailgaters will still be special due to their random license
plate, but they will nonetheless lose a special property. Vehicle 6.10 is also
parked inside the showroom.

6.10 - SGO UWC Red PL Roof Matte Yellow Karin BeeJay XL
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: After Complications [MF] (Simeon), before Father/Son [MF] (Michael);
or after Father/Son and before Mr. Philips via an exploit
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Lancet Jades (fnxrak partially for UWC)
**Post-mission
**Safehouse garages only!!!

!!!NOTE: This vehicle can only be stored in safehouse garages! Storing it in
an interior garage will remove the red pearlescent from the roof. It will also
remove the unique wheel color, reverting it to (equipped) Alloy, as most cars
have default. Also, do not view either the primary color list OR the wheel
color list, as this will remove the red pearlescent or the unique white color,
respectively!!!

----------------------------------------
Description: This vehicle has two unique features. The most obvious is that
the roof has a red pearlescent color, despite the body of the vehicle not
having one! This is because the body is actually matte yellow, and matte
colors cannot have pearlescents. The programmers apparently gave this vehicle
a pearlescent nonetheless, which shows up only on the roof, since the body
color can't display it. Additionally, if the wheel type is changed, no wheel
color is shown as equipped in the wheel color list, and the default wheel
color will appear to be a lighter gray than the usual alloy color.

However, these two properties have caveats! First, attempting to view a
different primary color in LSC will delete the pearlescent color, even if it
is not purchased. Apparently the game runs a sanity check on the vehicle when
previewing primary colors, notices that it is currently a matte color, and
removes it. Second, viewing any wheel color in the list will permanently
change the wheel color to that color, even if no color is purchased. So also
avoid viewing the wheel color list!

Finally, both of these properties will be lost if the vehicle is stored in an
interior garage, so ONLY store this in a safehouse garage! Otherwise, your
very unique vehicle will become completely normal!

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 1: After finishing the mission, there will be vehicles inside the
dealership. These will continually appear until finishing Father/Son. This is
the BeeJay XL farthest inside the dealership. However, initially upon
finishing the mission, this will be a red BeeJay XL. Load an autosave from
after the mission, or drive a distance away and back, and it will now be
replaced with this vehicle. This will continue to respawn no matter how many
are taken from the showroom.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 2: This can also be obtained after finishing the Simeon random event
at the dealership, which is only available between Friend Request and Mr.
Philips. After completing the random event, the showroom's doors will stay
unlocked until after completing Mr. Philips. Since the vehicles spawn inside
the showroom at all times after Complications (even after the window is
boarded up), this can be obtained by walking in as either Franklin or Michael
and getting inside.

Once inside, switch to the other character, play for a few minutes, then
switch back to the character inside this vehicle. They should be outside the
showroom, driving on the street. Just drive the vehicle to their garage and
store it.

STRATEGY 3: This can be obtained BETWEEN finishing Father/Son and finishing
the Simeon random event after Friend Request by exploiting the game's
imperfect loading of non-static obstacles. Drive down Adams Apple Blvd. (the
street that Trevor's interior garage is on) to the west, towards the freeway
overpass. After crossing underneath, the road ahead will look like a bridge.

----------------------------------------
NOTE: Just to reiterate, storing this vehicle in an interior garage will strip
the red pearlescent aspect from it, as well as the unique white wheel color
and the fact its shown as unequipped! It MUST be stored in a safehouse garage.
The same thing happens if the primary color menu is opened with a color in the
list highlighted (even if it is not purchased), and if the wheel color list is
opened and a color viewed!

6.11 - Branded White Declasse Burrito
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.11.1 - White "Pharte Gas" Declasse Burrito (1st of 2)
6.11.2 - White "Atomic" Declasse Burrito
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Father/Son [MF] (Michael)
Difficulty: **
Required: Mission failure
Discovered by: Lancet Jades
**No interior garage

----------------------------------------
Description: This is a white-colored Burrito with a livery. There are four
different liveries that occur on Burritos, but only two are special: "Pharte
Gas" and "Atomic." These do not seem to ever spawn randomly on the streets
outside of missions in this color. The other two liveries are "McGill and
Olsen" and "LS Water & Power," and do spawn in this color white outside of
missions.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: An oddity, this vehicle will only randomly spawn during the mission.
A Burrito will appear on the same side of the road as the trailer with the
boat on the large bridge leading past the airport and towards Elysian Island.
The livery is random, and can be Pharte Gas, Atomic, LS Water & Power, or
McGill & Olsen. To get one of the unique liveries, either replay the mission
until it appears, or simply fail and reload the checkpoint until the desired
livery appears. Once it spawns, quickly stop your car in front of it, get out,
and jack the Burrito. Drive away and let the mission fail, then exit and take
it to a garage.

<<Formulated by: Lancet Jades>>

----------------------------------------
NOTE: The Pharte Gas livery appears on a white Burrito in a later mission
(check vehicle 6.17), is guaranteed to appear, and can easily be obtained
without failing the mission.

6.12 - Branded White Bravado Bison w/ winch
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Marriage Counseling [MF] (Michael)
Difficulty: **
Required: Nothing (Franklin in a SUV or truck helps)
Discovered by: Lancet Jades
Actual primary color: (Worn) White
**Trick 3.7

----------------------------------------
Description: A special utility Bison with a winch in the back and branding for
McGill-Olsen Construction, "The Original Cowboy Builder." Similar to the lawn
care branded utility Bison, this one is a "worn" white, which would probably
be a unique color if this version of the Bison ever appeared outside of this
mission.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 1: This will require maneuvering Franklin and Michael to Michael's
driveway, near where the mission starts. Have Michael stand in the middle of
his driveway (near the Bison) on foot, then switch to Franklin and have him
drive to Michael's house. Get an SUV or light truck on the way (something like
a Cavalcade or another Bison is ideal). Once Franklin arrives at Michael's,
the mission icon should have vanished. Switch back to Michael once Franklin is
in the driveway, which will trigger Franklin to leave the vehicle and comment
on meeting Michael like this.

Then, have Michael jack Franklin's vehicle, and then push the Bison into the
nearby garage (be careful once it gets close to the garage door, or you can
pin the door shut and have to start all over). Once it is inside, drive away
from Michael's house until the mission icon reappears. The Bison should be
waiting inside the garage. At this point, you can also move it to an interior
garage if desired.

<<Formulated by: StuntmanSnake; refined by: Lancet Jades>>

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 2: By using trick 3.7, you can get inside this vehicle very easily,
making obtaining it a trivial matter. Just do the trick and drive it to a
garage.

6.13 - Special Red Dinka Blista
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Marriage Counseling [MF] (Michael)
Difficulty: **
Required: Nothing (Franklin in a SUV or truck helps)
Discovered by: Lancet Jades
Actual primary color: (Util) Red
**Trick 3.7

----------------------------------------
Description: A red Blista that is somewhere between grace red and blaze red.
The difference is very subtle and difficult to see, but the color is
definitely unavailable at LSC.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: This will require maneuvering Franklin and Michael to Michael's
driveway, near where the mission starts. Have Michael stand in the middle of
his driveway (near the Blista) on foot, then switch to Franklin and have him
drive to Michael's house.

Then, have Michael jack Franklin's vehicle, and then push the Blista into the
nearby garage (be careful once it gets close to the garage door, or you can
pin the door shut and have to start all over). Once it is inside, drive away
from Michael's house until the mission icon reappears. The Blista should be
waiting inside the garage.

6.14 - Special Dark Blue/White Zirconium Journey
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Marriage Counseling [MF] (Michael)
Difficulty: **
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: fnxrak
**No interior garage

----------------------------------------
Description: While it may not seem special at first, the dark blue on this
van is much darker than usual colors, and all other colors in the palette have
the dirty beige color around the windows, while this one has the dark blue
around them. According to fnxrak, the actual colors are metallic dark blue as
the primary, and matte ice white as the secondary.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: This van will pull out and block the road while pursuing the target
along South Mo Milton Dr. in Vinewood Hills. Obtaining it isn't terribly
difficult: block the Journey with the Bison Michael is driving, then either
get inside and drive away (failing the mission), or double-drive it back to
Michael's safehouse, store it inside, then finish the mission and confirm it
before saving/reloading. As it is not normally allowed inside interior
garages, the trick in section 3.3 is necessary to store it there.

6.15 - Special Black Roof Albany Emperor w/ set plate
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: The Long Stretch [F] (Lamar)
Difficulty: *
Required: Mission failure
Discovered by: Lancet Jades / StuntmanSnake
Set license plate: [07KZF345]
Actual secondary color: (Worn) Black
**LSC trick
**Patched - unequipped wheel type

----------------------------------------
Description: Very unique, this Emperor possesses a special "worn" black color
on the roof (the secondary color), which has lighting different from any
existing color types. The primary color is classic dark blue. It also has
stock lowrider wheels, but does not show them as equipped on earlier patches.
It also has a set license plate, although this point is rather moot, as it is
already very unique, and the plate follows the normal plate format.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 1: Once the mission begins, quickly get inside and drive off before
either Lamar or Stretch can get inside. Once one of the two is left behind,
drive away until the mission fails, than exit it. Now take it to a garage.

<<Formulated by: Lancet Jades>>

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 2: After purchasing the shotgun, drive to an LSC garage and add a
modification to this vehicle. Proceed to complete the mission and return to
Franklin's house. Once the mission ends, this car should be parked on the
street nearby. This will only occur if it has been modded, and speedy and
efficient evasion of the cops can still score you a gold medal while also
keeping this car. Note that if the mission is failed and a checkpoint loaded
after arriving at the destination, this car will instead be found at the
impound lot.

6.16 - BPT FIB
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Carbine Rifles [M] (Vangelico Heist - Loud)
Difficulty: **
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: fnxrak

----------------------------------------
Description: The quintessential truck of the Federal Investigation Bureau. The
only thing special about this vehicle that can be kept are its bulletproof
tires. As it cannot be modded at LSC, this mod is unavailable to this truck
normally.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: Strategy 3.8 needs to be used to obtain this. After the blue hell
glitch is active, run to the freeway from wherever Michael is deposited and
climb up, most easily via stairs near the train station northeast of
Franklin's house. Wait for the FIB to arrive and ambush it. Get inside as
quickly as possible, and it will teleport to in front of Michael's garage.

Once there, wait for the wanted level to disperse, then drive to Michael's
house. Get out of the FIB and into his Tailgater, and drive away. Far, far
away. Eventually, the mission will fail. Exit, then head to the impound lot.
The FIB will be impounded, so pay the $250 fee and retrieve your shiny new
BPT FIB!

6.17 - "Humane Labs" Brute Boxville

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: BZ Gas Grenades [M] (Vangelico Heist - Smart)
Difficulty: **
Required: Completing this mission before Bugstars Equipment
Discovered by: Lancet Jades / StuntmanSnake
**Complete mission

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IT IS IMPORTANT that you do this mission BEFORE Bugstars Equipment, or else
this mission cuts directly into the heist, and this truck will be lost!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

----------------------------------------
Description: This Boxville has the Humane Labs and Research livery, which is
not one of the normal liveries for this vehicle.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: Keeping this requires jacking it during the mission and finishing
the mission with it as your active vehicle. Michael will be inside once the
mission is over, and it can be taken to his safehouse garage, or stored in his
interior garage using the trick outlined in section 3.3. Failing the mission
will cause the truck to disappear (even if currently driving it), and it does
not seem possible to cancel the mission.

<<Formulated by: StuntmanSnake>>

----------------------------------------
NOTE: It is possible to complete the optional objective and obtain this truck.
Simply make sure to shoot open the back doors and collect the package before
jacking the truck.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.18 - White "Pharte Gas" Declasse Burrito (2nd of 2)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Crystal Maze [T] (Chinese)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Lancet Jades
**No interior garage

----------------------------------------
Description: This is a white-colored Burrito with the amusing and juvenile
"Pharte Gas" livery, an apparent supplier of human-sourced natural gas. The
joke becomes actually funny when you realize the vehicle is the Burrito; the
perfect fuel to produce said natural gas. What makes this special? Normally,
this livery only appears on red Burritos. The roof of this Burrito will also
either spawn with just the rack, or with a ladder and a bundle of pipes.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: This is parked at the farmhouse. Getting it is simple; progress
through the mission until Trevor is prompted to leave the area after setting
the house ablaze. When at this point, get inside the Burrito and drive off.
After the mission is completed, Trevor will still be driving it. Take it to a
garage of your choice.

----------------------------------------
NOTE: If the O'Neils around this Burrito are left alone too long, they will
eventually stop what they are doing, get inside, and drive off. This will, of
course, make obtaining this impossible. To prevent this, either snipe them
hastily, or do something to alert the farm (such as use non-silenced weapons
or fail to snipe everyone who's alerted for more than a few seconds).

6.19.1 - Blue PL Black JoBuilt Phantom
6.19.2 - Dark Blue PL Black JoBuilt Phantom
6.19.3 - Light Green PL Gray JoBuilt Phantom
6.19.4 - Special Silver JoBuilt Phantom
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Fame or Shame [MT] (Michael)
Difficulty: *
Required: Trick 3.7 and mission failure
Discovered by: Lancet Jades
Actual pearlescent (6.19.1): Surf Blue
Actual pearlescent (6.19.2): Maui Blue Poly (Util)
Actual pearlescent (6.19.3): Sea Wash (Worn)
Actual primary color (6.19.4): Shadow Silver (Util)
**No interior garage

----------------------------------------
Description: These mighty Phantoms each have a unique color (three are
pearlescents, and one a main color), and are parked in the lot at the Maze
Bank Arena. The pearlescents are noticeable, which is rare for this type of
vehicle. The first two have a black primary color and a blue pearlescent; surf
blue for the first one, and a very unique "Maui blue poly" for the second. The
third has a gray primary and a light green (sea wash) pearlescent, while the
fourth has an interesting bluish-silver primary color.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: Trick 3.7 is needed to obtain any of these. The blue/black cab is
seen driving across the parking lot when first entering during the mission.
The dark blue/black one is parked near the marker where Michael's car is meant
to be parked. The two gray cabs are parked near the edge of the parking lot,
near the dark blue/black one. The northern one is the light green/gray one,
while the southern one is the special silver.

To keep any of these vehicles, use trick 3.7 to enter, then drive away from
the area. The mission will fail for abandoning your ally. Exit the mission and
one of two things will happen. If the mission was started as Trevor, he will
be driving the Phantom after exiting, so take it to a garage. If starting the
mission as Michael, after exiting Trevor will be standing near the now-empty
truck. Use trick 3.7 again and take it to a garage.

<<Formulated by: Lancet Jades>>

----------------------------------------
NOTE 1: Vehicle 6.19.1 has the same colors as vehicle 5.4, except it has a
random license plate instead of the blank plate that version has.

----------------------------------------
NOTE 2: These vehicles are slightly too large for interior garages to properly
store them. This is only a minor concern, except for one problem: if they are
stored in the fourth slot in the garage (the one closest to the entry door),
they can cause the garage to infinitely load next time you enter, rendering
the garage lost forever. Be careful with what position these are stored in.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.20 - Maroon Frogger
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Three's Company [MFT] (FIB)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Many, many people

----------------------------------------
Description: The FIB's chopper is a Frogger with a unique maroon paintjob,
much unlike the typical Froggers found in the game that are black.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: After the mission is completed, switch to Trevor and he will be
flying this. Take it to his helipad and land it there to keep it. You can also
give it to Franklin or Michael by flying Trevor to either one's position. Just
be careful, because if you switch AWAY from Trevor while he's flying, it will
glitch and he will crash upon switching back to him.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.21 - Michael's Special Red Declasse Premier w/ set plate
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: After Did Somebody Say Yoga? [M] (Michael);
 before Monkey Business [MT] (FIB)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Lancet Jades
Actual primary color: (Util) Red
Set license plate: [88OHS995]
**No interior garage
**Persistent vehicle

----------------------------------------
Description: This is a rental car that Michael possesses after his car is
taken following Did Somebody Say Yoga? Not a particularly amazing car, but it
gets the job well enough. The red color is unique, though, and is in fact the
same (slightly) special shade of red as the Blista back in Marriage
Counseling.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: Although technically a persistent vehicle, this is lost forever
after finishing Monkey Business. As a result, this vehicle is actually
classified as a "special" vehicle due to its set license plate (which isn't
truly unique, unlike other persistent vehicles' plates). The only way to keep
this is to use trick 3.3 to put it into an interior garage. There's no way to
preserve its persistent property, though, since putting it in the interior
garage will strip the persistence from it.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.22 - Cargobob w/ TPI graffiti (unpatched game only)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: The Merryweather Heist [MFT] (Heist - Offshore)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Unsure
**Pre-mission
**Trick 3.7

----------------------------------------
Description: A standard Cargobob with graffiti sprayed on it indicating it is
now the property of "TPI," or Trevor Philips Industries. As Franklin points
out, despite the graffiti, existing military logos are not sufficiently
obscured so as to hide the fact it is a stolen military helicopter. Despite
its checkered past, it performs valiantly as a bastion from which the gang can
fight the New World Order's lizard army.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: This is present at the Sandy Shores airfield prior to the mission.
On earlier patches (or an unpatched game), it will be parked near the burned-
out school bus west of the hangar, and will be UJ. Use trick 3.7 to get
inside, then fly it the (very) short distance to Trevor's helipad. On later
patches, this vehicle becomes unobtainable completely (see vehicle 7.8 for
more information).

<<Formulated by: Lancet Jades>>
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.23 - Special Red Ocelot F620
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: I Fought the Law... [MFT] (Devin)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Timcatgt

----------------------------------------
Description: A F620 with a unique shade of red, a little brighter than grace
red and darker than blaze red. The shade is quite a rich red, too, when
compared to those two colors.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: Drive to the mission start point, but not close enough to start the
mission. Shoot at any of the three cars parked inside the lot, and the mission
will be cancelled. Now you can get inside this car and take it to a garage at
your leisure!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.24 - White "Atomic" Declasse Burrito
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Eye in the Sky [FT] (Devin)
Difficulty: *
Required: Trick 3.7
Discovered by: Lancet Jades

----------------------------------------
Description: Another Burrito with a usually unavailable branding/color
combination. This is another white Atomic Burrito, which has very difficult to
read lettering due to a poor choice of colors.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: This is parked near the Z-Type in the parking garage at the end of
the helicopter segment. Right next to it, in fact. Unfortunately, it is UJ,
and thus trick 3.7 is needed to get inside and drive away. When the mission
fails for abandoning the Z-Type, exit, and you will still be driving this
vehicle.

<<Formulated by: Lancet Jades>>
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.25 - Random Obey Tailgater w/ random plate (1st of 2)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Eye in the Sky [FT] (Devin)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Various people

----------------------------------------
Description: An Obey Tailgater with a random license plate. It may seem odd
that a random plate version is unique, but the Tailgater does not spawn
randomly. As such, only Michael's personal version is obtainable at the end of
the game, and it has a set license plate. The body color is random, but seems
to favor blacks and grays.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: Two of these are parked inside Devin's hangar at the end of the
mission. Get inside one and drive off with it, completing the mission. Note
that obtaining more than one seems difficult if not impossible, as failing the
mission after entering one (by attacking Devin's jet) will result in the
Z-Type being parked nearby after exiting the mission, NOT the Tailgater.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.S1 - Red Obey Tailgater w/ random plate
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Franklin): Still Pulling Favors (Tonya)
Difficulty: ***** (* with trick 3.7)
Required: Nothing (trick 3.7 makes it much easier)
Discovered by: Lancet Jades

----------------------------------------
Description: An Obey Tailgater with a random license plate. It may seem odd
that a random plate version is unique, but the Tailgater does not spawn
randomly. As such, only Michael's personal version is obtainable at the end of
the game, and it has a set license plate. This particular Tailgater is
metallic red with an unknown pearlescent that is slightly darker than the
default pearlescent that metallic red has.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 1: This is easy to obtain with trick 3.7. After finishing the
mission, this car will be sitting where it was dropped off. Just use the trick
to get inside and drive to a garage! If you wish to obtain it without
finishing the mission, do the trick before latching it to the Tow Truck, then
shoot at the Tow Truck to fail the mission, and exit.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 2: Obtaining this without trick 3.7 is very difficult and tedious. It
involves pushing it back to Franklin's safehouse garage with the Tow Truck (or
any other large truck that can push) after finishing the mission, since it
vanishes if the mission is failed and exited. This is difficult, and the car
is damaged, so you have to be careful pushing it. It can be difficult to avoid
attracting attention from the police, too, since they'll be alerted if you
bash around another vehicle too much. This method is definitely not suggested
unless you are somehow unable or unwilling to use trick 3.7 (which does,
admittedly, require deleting the patch and playing unpatched).

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.S2- UWC "Epsilon" Blue Bravado Bison
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Michael): Chasing the Truth (Epsilon)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Lots of people

----------------------------------------
Description: This Bison is painted in the traditional Epsilon shade of baby
blue. Add it to your collection of specially-colored Bisons! As a bonus, the
wheel color is also the same Epsilon blue, which is not normally available
for wheels. Sweet as!

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: This is present near the mission location, but cannot be obtained
during the mission as it is not only UJ, but Michael will ignore it entirely
and not attempt to enter (so trick 3.7 won't work). After finishing the
mission, run down the road after the Bison. With a little luck, it will be
found at the intersection to the north, rammed into the pole. Get inside and
take to a garage. Failing the mission will always result in the disappearance
of this vehicle.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.S3 - "Epsilon" Blue Velum
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Michael): Delivering the Truth (Epsilon)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Lots of people
**Pre-mission

----------------------------------------
Description: This Velum is painted in the traditional Epsilon shade of baby
blue. Not particularly notable, as the Velum has poor performance, but there
aren't many special aircraft in this game.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: Parked at the mission start is this Velum. Unfortunately, it is
initially UJ. To unlock it, maneuver Michael close to the mission start (but
don't actually start the mission), then bring either Franklin or Trevor to the
same location. When they arrive, the Velum will be parked there, and unlocked
for them (but not Michael). Get inside, take off, and bring it to a hangar.
Also, Michael is able to enter the Velum so long as another character enters
first.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.S4 - UWC "Epsilon" Blue Ocelot F620
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Michael): Delivering the Truth (Epsilon)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Lots of people

----------------------------------------
Description: This Velum is painted in the traditional Epsilon shade of baby
blue. The wheel color is also a white color slightly darker than frost white,
but lighter than any gray.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: This is parked near Boston at the Sandy Shores airfield. Although
initially UJ, it will be enterable after the cutscene where Boston is given
the plane. After thatr, get in and you'll keep it after the mission ends.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.S5 - "Epsilon" Blue Dundreary Landstalker
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Michael): Unknowing the Truth (Epsilon)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Lots of people
**Pre-mission
**Trick 3.7

----------------------------------------
Description: A Landstalker painted in the traditional Epsilon baby blue. Now
you can experience the continuing mediocrity of this long-standing vehicle
while honing your thesis! It also has unique baby blue-colored wheels, but
this aspect is only visible if you change the wheel type ro something besides
stock wheels

----------------------------------------
NOTE: If the mission is failed, Michael will not get back the $50,000 that is
removed when the mission begins.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.S6 - "Epsilon" Blue Ubermacht Sentinel XS
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Michael): Unknowing the Truth (Epsilon)
Difficulty: *
Required: Mission failure
Discovered by: Lots of people

----------------------------------------
Description: This is a tuned Sentinel XS painted in Epsilon blue. It has a
few minor modifications to its performance, and black wheels. The stock wheels
happen to be black, too, but this is a trait of the Sentinel XS car model
itself.

----------------------------------------
Modifications:
-Brakes: Street Brakes
-Engine: EMS Upgrade, Level 2
-Suspension: Street Suspension
-Turbo: Turbo Tuning
-Wheels: Wheel Color: Black
-Windows: Dark Smoke

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: Epsilon security uses this during the mission. It is easy to steal
one near the helicopter, as it is parked there. Drive away from the Tailgater
carrying the money to fail the mission, then take it to a garage.

<<Formulated by: Lancet Jades>>

----------------------------------------
NOTE: If the mission is failed, Michael will not get back the $50,000 that is
removed when the mission begins.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.S7 - "Epsilon" Blue Maverick
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Michael): Unknowing the Truth (Epsilon)
Difficulty: *
Required: Mission failure
Discovered by: Lots of people
**Trick 3.7

----------------------------------------
Description: An Epsilon baby blue Maverick with white highlights. Blends in
nicely against a clear sky.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: This can be tricky to get. Once you arrive at the helicopter, get
out of the car away from the marker. On foot, take out a weapon (assault rifle
is recommended), and kill the helicopter pilot. Michael's special and auto
aim both help. This will turn everyone hostile and prevent the helicopter from
taking off. Kill all hostiles, then use trick 3.7 to enter the normally-UJ
helicopter. Fly to a heliport and store it.

<<Formulated by: Lancet Jades>>

----------------------------------------
NOTE: If the mission is failed, Michael will not get back the $50,000 that is
removed when the mission begins.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.S8 - Canis Crusader w/out rear hood
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Trevor): Rampage Four (Rampage)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Lancet Jades

----------------------------------------
Description: The Crusader is a military jeep and sees heavy use during this
rampage. However, it will usually have a black hood over the rear of the
vehicle. This one does not.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: There are two ways to obtain this. The first is to shoot at the
soldiers before starting the rampage. This cancels the mission and allows you
to drive off in it, but it will also cause a 3-star wanted level.

The second way is to start the rampage and just keep it around intact until
the end. This can be difficult, but the advantage is that there will be no
wanted level.

----------------------------------------
NOTE: This will only appear the first time the rampage is started. When
starting the rampage from the game world icon afterwards, it will not be
present.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.S9 - Bronze Vapid Speedo
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Trevor): Vinewood Souvenirs - Tyler (Nigel)
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Lancet Jades, though someone else reminded me of it

----------------------------------------
Description: This is a bronze Speedo van, which is a very distinctive color
not present in the normal palette for this vehicle.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: Just complete the mission by fleeing in the van, which is easiest to
do if the item is stolen without being detected. Afterwards, take it to a
garage.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.S10 - Various special colored vehicles
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Trevor): Vinewood Souvenirs - Al Di Napoli (Nigel)
Difficulty: *
Required: Mission failure
Discovered by: Robert Thomas

----------------------------------------
Description: These are various vehicles found throughout the chase that have
unique colors or pearlescents (due to the vehicle being unable to visit LSC).
Some of these vehicles include:
-Trashmaster
-Bus
-MTL Packer
-JoBuilt Phantom

For instance, there is often a yellow or red Trashmaster in the tunnel, and
after the carpark, a gray (with red pl) MTL Packer will often turn onto the
road.

Numerous other cars in the chase can have color/pearlescent combinations not
seen in random traffic, but none of these are actually special since they can
be recreated at any LSC. The most common ones seem to be a blue base with a
red pl, a brown base with a gold pl, and a gray base with a green pl.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: For any given vehicle, just park in front of it, get out of Nigel's
car, then quickly get inside the target vehicle (through the passenger door,
to save time). Drive away and fail the mission. Once exited, the vehicle is
yours!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6.R1 - Special White Mammoth Patriot
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Random event: Hitch Lift 4 [MFT]
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Lancet Jades
Actual primary color: Pure White (Other)

------------------------------------------------------------
Description: A strikingly white Patriot, the mightiest of SUVs in GTA. The
white is even whiter than ice white, or those other whites, and definitely
looks so in LSC.

------------------------------------------------------------
Availability: This event occurs in Great Chapparal at a small church on the
south side of Route 68, immediately west of the "bulge" of yellow at the west
end of the Alamo Sea's desert region. The event will only occur after
finishing the story mission Friends Reunited.

------------------------------------------------------------
STRATEGY: The angered groom pursues in this vehicle after driving the bride a
short distance from the wedding. It can be kept while still completing the
event successfully by waiting for the groom to stop and exit, then pointing a
gun at him to scare him off. Get in the Patriot and complete the mission, and
the character will still be driving it afterwards. Alternatively, an infinite
amout of the Patriots can be obtained by failing the mission (easiest by
killing the groom) and taking it to a garage each time.

==============================================================================
*7* UNOBTAINABLE SPECIAL VEHICLES
==============================================================================
These vehicles are unobtainable for whatever reason is listed. This can
include any vehicle type from the previous sections, but as they cannot be
acquired permanently, there is no need to put them in those sections. Colors
are approximated, considering that these vehicles either cannot be customized,
or cannot be driven at all.

Only unobtainable vehicles with a noticeable, provable special feature or
color will be added. UJ and other unobtainable vehicles that cannot have their
color checked and have no obvious evidence of being somehow special will not
be added to this list.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.1 - [Unique] Red Dewbauchee Rapid GT
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Franklin and Lamar [F] (Beginning)
Discovered by: Lancet Jades
Unique license plate: [2603AM56]

----------------------------------------
Description: This sleek red sports car not only has an automatic retractable
roof, but also comes equipped with a unique license plate. It is the left of
the two cars, and also the red one. Taking it prompts Lamar to call Franklin a
"baby big dick."

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: No damn way to get it out of the mission. It doesn't help that
this is one of the two "beginning" missions, and thus cannot be cancelled or
exited. LSC hasn't even opened at all yet this early in the game, and won't
even give the "LSC is closed" message, preventing that trick from working.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.2 - [Unique] White Obey 9F Cabrio
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Franklin and Lamar [F] (Beginning)
Discovered by: Lancet Jades
Unique license plate: [5912FL34]

----------------------------------------
Description: This sweet white sports car not only has an automatic retractable
roof, but also comes equipped with a unique license plate. It is the right of
the two cars, and also the white one. Taking it prompts Lamar to call Franklin
a "choosy motherfucker."

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: No damn way to get it out of the mission. It doesn't help that
this is one of the two "beginning" missions, and thus cannot be cancelled or
exited. LSC hasn't even opened at all yet this early in the game, and won't
even give the "LSC is closed" message, preventing that trick from working.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.3 - BPT FIB w/ carbine rifle box
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Carbine Rifles [M] (Vangelico Heist - Loud)
Discovered by: Lancet Jades

----------------------------------------
Description: A regular FIB truck with a wooden box of carbine rifles in the
back seat. This box is not found in these trucks outside of the target in
this mission. It also has bulletproof tires, but this property is obtainable
with the strategy in 6.16.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: Failing the mission will cause the truck to disappear, and
completing it will lead directly to the heist. Although the truck is driving
around prior to the mission actually starting, it does not seem possible to
cancel the mission and prevent it from starting. And since LSC won't touch
police vehicles, the LSC trick won't work. Even if it could be kept, the box
would most likely vanish once stored in a garage.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.4 - [Unique] Black Declasse Burrito
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: The Jewel Store Job [MF] (Heist - Loud)
Discovered by: Lancet Jades
Unique license plate: [RW1602BO]

----------------------------------------
Description: The only unique feature on this black Burrito is its unique
plate. It may seem like a standard plate, but it has four numbers in the
middle instead of the usual three.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: This van is an essential part of the mission and does not exist
outside of it. It will inevitably be left behind while escaping, and failing
the heist does not give an option to exit the mission. Even if it did, it's
highly likely the van would disappear anyways. And LSC will not allow
modification of this vehicle.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.5 - "Pop's Pills" Vapid Benson
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: The Jewel Store Job [MF] (Heist - Loud or Smart)
Discovered by: fnxrak

----------------------------------------
Description: This Benson appears like a standard branded version, except that
the Pop's Pills livery does not appear randomly. As such, this is a unique
vehicle.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: This van is an essential part of the mission and does not exist
outside of it. It will always vanish after the ending cutscene of the mission,
and does not seem possible to keep outside of the mission.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.6 [Unique] "Bugstars" Declasse Burrito
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: The Jewel Store Job [MF] (Heist - Smart)
Discovered by: Timcatgt
Unique license plate: [TODO PT1]

----------------------------------------
Description: This is a Burrito with the Bugstars livery and a unique license
plate. The livery itself is not unique, despite seeming so, as they will
randomly spawn in the Bugstars garage outside of this mission.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: This van is an essential part of the mission and does not exist
outside of it. It will inevitably be left behind while escaping, and failing
the heist does not give an option to exit the mission. Even if it did, it's
highly likely the van would disappear anyways. And LSC will not allow
modification of this vehicle.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.7 - Blue "McGill and Olsen" Declasse Burrito
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Three's Company [MFT] (FIB)
Discovered by: Lancet Jades

----------------------------------------
Description: This is a Burrito with the McGill and Olsen construction company
livery. What makes it unique is that it is blue; a color this livery is not
usually found in.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: This is only present at the landing site at the end of the
mission, and will drive away in the following cutscene. Any attempt to fail
the mission will predictably cause it to vanish. C'est la vie.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.8 - Cargobob w/ TPI graffiti (patched game only) (1st of 2)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: The Merryweather Heist [MFT] (Heist - Offshore)
Discovered by: Unsure

----------------------------------------
Description: A standard Cargobob with graffiti sprayed on it indicating it is
now the property of "TPI," or Trevor Philips Industries. As Franklin points
out, despite the graffiti, existing military logos are not sufficiently
obscured so as to hide the fact it is a stolen military helicopter. Despite
its checkered past, it performs valiantly as a bastion from which the gang can
fight the New World Order's lizard army.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: On a patched game, this is parked between the helipad and hangar
at the Sandy Shores airstrip prior to starting (and completing) this mission.
It is completely unresponsive to any attempt to enter, and is rendered
unobtainable as a result. Revert to an earlier patch or delete it outright to
obtain this vehicle (check vehicle 6.22 for more information).
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.9 - Cargobob w/ TPI graffiti (2nd of 2)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: The Merryweather Heist [MFT] (Heist - Offshore)
Discovered by: Lancet Jades

----------------------------------------
Description: A standard Cargobob with graffiti sprayed on it indicating it is
now the property of "TPI," or Trevor Philips Industries. As Franklin points
out, despite the graffiti, existing military logos are not sufficiently
obscured so as to hide the fact it is a stolen military helicopter. Despite
its checkered past, it performs valiantly as a bastion from which the gang can
fight the New World Order's lizard army.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: This will vanish once the mission ends, and also disappears if
the mission is failed and exited. Fortunately, it is identical to vehicle
6.22, which can be obtained at any point prior to starting (and completing)
this mission.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.10 - Black Declasse Burrito w/ rifle in back
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Caida Libre [MT] (Martin Madrazo)
Discovered by: Lancet Jades

----------------------------------------
Description: This Burrito is loaded with a high-powered sniper rifle in the
rear, used to shoot down the jet during the mission.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: It is required to be destroyed as part of the mission, and as it
is a mission-important vehicle, any attempt to fail the mission while driving
it will still result in it vanishing. LSC also will not accept this vehicle
for modification.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.11 - [Unique] Black Gallivanter Baller
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Caida Libre [MT] (Martin Madrazo)
Discovered by: Timcatgt
Unique license plate: [MADRAZO]

----------------------------------------
Description: A black Baller SUV with a unique license plate spelling out
exactly who owns it.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: This is found at the end of the mission, but it drives off
without a chance to obtain it.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.12 - [Unique] Gray Dewbauchee JB 700 (1st of 2)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Deep Inside [F] (Devin)
Discovered by: Timcatgt
Unique license plate: [4G3NT]

----------------------------------------
Description: This secret agent-looking car is painted gray and looks really
cool. Also has a unique license plate hinting that the JB stands for Bond.
James Bond.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: This is a mission-important vehicle that vanishes after the
mission is completed, and will also vanish if the mission is failed, even if
Franklin is still driving it. Also, LSC is closed during the mission,
preventing the LSC trick from allowing it to be kept.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.13 - Barracks w/ armor boxes

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Military Hardware [MFT] (Heist - Paleto)
Discovered by: Lancet Jades

----------------------------------------
Description: Just a normal Barracks truck with some boxes inside the bed that
contain the heavy body armor to be used in the heist.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: There is no way to get the vehicle out of the mission, and even
if there was, it is likely that the boxes would vanish, as happens with most
"vehicles that contain a box."
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.14 - [Unique] Yellow Pegassi Monroe
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Pack Man [FT] (Devin)
Discovered by: Timcatgt
Unique license plate: [FA5T66]

----------------------------------------
Description: A bright yellow Monroe with a unique plate. Sleek design, high
speed, and excellent handling will make you regret the fact that this is
unobtainable.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: This is a mission-important vehicle that vanishes after the
mission is completed, and will also vanish if the mission is failed, even if
Franklin is still driving it. Also, LSC is closed during the mission,
preventing the LSC trick from allowing it to be kept.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.15 - [Unique] Red Grotti Stinger
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Pack Man [FT] (Devin)
Discovered by: Timcatgt
Unique license plate: [ALPHADOG]

----------------------------------------
Description: A bright red Stinger with a unique plate. Somehow manages to be
even more unobtainable than the previous Monroe, as it is already on the
Packer and cannot be removed.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: As mentioned in the preceding paragraph, this car is already
loaded onto the Packer and cannot be removed, making this extra unobtainable.
Even if the LSC trick worked in this mission, it wouldn't work for this one.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.16 - [Unique] Orange Overflod Entity XF
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Pack Man [FT] (Devin)
Discovered by: Timcatgt
Unique license plate: [MKB652]

----------------------------------------
Description: This is a metallic orange Entity XF with black trim and a unique
license plate. As with the Stinger in the same mission, this comes pre-loaded
onto the Packer, and cannot be removed.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: As mentioned in the preceding paragraph, this car is already
loaded onto the Packer and cannot be removed, making this extra unobtainable.
Even if the LSC trick worked in this mission, it wouldn't work for this one.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.17 - [Unique] Dark Blue Grotti Cheetah
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Pack Man [FT] (Devin)
Discovered by: Timcatgt
Unique license plate: [SDTM1YP]

----------------------------------------
Description: This is a metallic dark blue Cheetah with black trim and a unique
license plate.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.18 - [Unique] Gray Dewbauchee JB 700 (2nd of 2)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Pack Man [FT] (Devin)
Discovered by: Timcatgt
Unique license plate: [4G3NT]

----------------------------------------
Description: This secret agent-looking car is painted gray and looks really
cool. Also has a unique license plate hinting that the JB stands for Bond.
James Bond. This version also has spikes that can be deployed behind the car,
and a machine gun that fires forward, at the perfect level for shooting
through car windows to hit the occupants.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: Even though this car seems some action during the mission, it
cannot be retrieved from the mission, and LSC garages are closed (not that you
could get it to one during the time you're driving it, anyways).
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.19 - [Unique] Black Z-Type
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Pack Man [FT] (Devin)
Discovered by: Columbo
Unique license plate: [V1NTAG3]

----------------------------------------
Description: A very classy car that has a distinctive appearance. This is
metallic black, and was featured in Eye in the Sky, albeit without the unique
license plate. It comes pre-loaded onto the car carrier and cannot be kept.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: As mentioned in the preceding paragraph, this car is already
loaded onto the Packer and cannot be removed, making this extra unobtainable.
Even if the LSC trick worked in this mission, it wouldn't work for this one.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.S1 - [Unique] Light Blue Rapid GT
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Franklin): Paparazzo - The Sex Tape (Beverly)
Discovered by: StuntmanSnake
Unique license plate: [POPPYMI4]

----------------------------------------
Description: This is (supposedly) a Rapid GT that has a unique license plate,
betraying that its owner is Poppy Mitchell. It is light blue, but the exact
color is nearly impossible to pin down as it is unobtainable.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: It will vanish after the mission ends, and cannot be obtained
before ending the mission. Failing the mission will cause it to vanish. Even
trick 3.7 doesn't work, as Franklin cannot open his phone during the portion
of the mission where the car is available (after catching Poppy having sex).
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.S2 - Light Blue Beater Albany Emperor w/ stash box
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Franklin): Grass Roots - The Pickup (Barry)
Discovered by: Lancet Jades

----------------------------------------
Description: An Emperor with a light blue color and a stash box of marijuana
in the back seat.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: The stash box in the back will vanish if the car is stored in
a garage, or even if you switch characters to someone else and back. Even
then, it requires sniping the truck from outside the mission start radius to
even prevent it from vanishing, since the car will not start, and vanishes if
the mission is failed.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.S3 - Random Bravado Duneloader w/ stash box
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Franklin): Grass Roots - The Pickup (Barry)
Discovered by: Lancet Jades

----------------------------------------
Description: A Duneloader truck with a box loaded onto the back, containing
the marijuana stash that Barry needs. The truck's color is randomly determined
from what seem like various grays.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: The stash box in the back will vanish if the truck is stored in
a garage, or even if you switch characters to someone else and back. Even
then, it requires sniping the truck from outside the mission start radius to
even prevent it from starting; failing the mission (even while inside the
truck) will cause it to vanish.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.S4 - "Epsilon" Blue Bravado Bison
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Michael): Exercising the Truth (Epsilon)
Discovered by: Lots of people

----------------------------------------
Description: This Bison is painted in the traditional Epsilon shade of baby
blue.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: The Epsilonists will drive away from the mission location in
this truck after the cutscene. The vehicle is completely UJ, as Michael will
not even attempt to open a door. Failing the mission will cause it to vanish,
and even following it will fail, as unlike after Chasing the Truth, this
mission officially ends after the truck is already out of sight, and thus it
will always disappear.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.S5 - Bronze Vapid Speedo w/ gardening equipment
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Trevor): Vinewood Souvenirs - Tyler (Nigel)
Discovered by: Lancet Jades

----------------------------------------
Description: This is a bronze Speedo van with a rake and a bag of gardening
tools in the back. There is also a helmet in the back of the van, but this will
most likely fall out as soon as the vehicle accelerates.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: The only unique feature (the gardening equipment) will disappear
once the vehicle is refreshed, whether in an interior garage, safehouse
garage, or even impounded.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
7.A1 - Green "ProLaps" Caddy w/ golf club bag
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Activity: Golfing
Discovered by: Lancet Jades

----------------------------------------
Description: This is a green caddy with a ProLaps livery. What makes it
special is the presence of a blue golf club bag on the back. You would think
most Caddies on the golf course would have one, but alas, they don't.

----------------------------------------
Unobtainable: This can be found at any time by starting a game of Golf and
driving it off of the

==============================================================================
*8* RARE VEHICLES
==============================================================================
These vehicles aren't anything inherently special, but are nonetheless unique
for various reasons, often requiring completion of a mission or side mission
to unlock. These can all be obtained at the end of the game without any
problem.

In GTAV, this also includes each character's personal vehicles, which are
persistent objects in-game, and will retain all modifications and upgrades
even if lost or abandoned. These personal vehicles cannot be stored in
interior garages, and will usually not properly save even in normal safehouse
garages.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.1 - [Unique] Franklin's Ice White Bravado Buffalo
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: After Franklin and Lamar [F] (Beginning)

Unique license plate: [FC1988]
**No interior garage
**Persistent vehicle

----------------------------------------
Description: The proud tradition of the Buffalo as a high-powered muscle car
continues, albeit with it classified as a "sports" car in this game. This is
an excellent car with amazing acceleration, speed, and handling when fully
upgraded. Franklin has a unique model of the Buffalo, too, with a slightly
different body appearance than randomly-spawned Buffalos.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.2 - [Unique] Franklin's Bright Green Western Bagger
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: After Complications [MF] (Simeon)

Unique license plate: [FC88]
**No interior garage
**Persistent vehicle

----------------------------------------
Description: This is a rather mediocre motorcycle that is given to (read:
forced upon) Franklin by Lamar. It is not necessarily a bad vehicle, but its
acceleration and handling leave something to be desired when it competes with
the likes of the PCJ 600 and Bati 801.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.3 - [Unique] White Vapid Speedo
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: After Repossession [F]
Found: Call Lamar to hang out, and approach the location on foot. Lamar should
 arrive in this vehicle.

Unique license plate: [LAMAR G]

----------------------------------------
Description: Lamar's van seems to be an ice white Speedo that has a unique
license plate, although the exact color is impossible to determine since it
cannot enter LSC garages.

----------------------------------------
Missions this vehicle may also be found in:
-Chop
-Hood Safari
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.4 - [Unique] Michael's Black Obey Tailgater
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked (1): After Complications [MF] (Simeon)
Lost (1): After Did Someone Say Yoga? [M] (Michael)

Unlocked (2): After Monkey Business [MFT] (FIB)

Unique license plate: [5MDS003]
**No interior garage
**Persistent vehicle

----------------------------------------
Description: A black four-door sedan with good statistics across the board.
Not a bad car, but rather unremarkable given how saturated the game is with
sedans. Both the primary and secondary colors are classic black.

----------------------------------------
NOTE: When this vehicle is returned after Monkey Business, all previous
modifications will have been stripped, and new ones applied.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.5 - Brown "Go Postal" Boxville
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: After Complications [MF] (Simeon)
Found: In multiple "traffic jam" switch events for Michael and Franklin:
-Franklin: Del Perro/Pacific Bluffs (unsure on specific location)
-Franklin: Downtown Vinewood, Vinewood Blvd.
-Michael: Richman, Dorset Dr.

Discovered by: Lancet Jades
**No interior garage

----------------------------------------
Description: The "Go Postal" Boxville is already a special version of the
generic Boxville, and is not listed with the make (Brute) in front of the
model. However, they are usually white, and this one is brown, making it
quite an interesting specimen. The light brown color is quite reminiscent of
the color scheme of their major competitor, Post-OP.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY (Father/Son): Two of these drive along the highway later on in the
chase, with the first one being the easiest to obtain. It is driving along the
same side of the highway as the target vehicle, and appears near the point
where the highway turns to the east as it approaches the airport. To obtain,
park Michael's car in front, quickly exit, and then jack this truck. If the
trailer was close to begin with, there should be enough time to get inside and
thus keep the vehicle after failing and exiting the mission.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY (Vinewood Souvenirs - Al Di Napoli): This is almost as easy as the
switch events. One is parked close to where the chase begins. Instead of
getting inside Nigel's car, simply run west and this will be parked on the
side of the road. Drive off, exit the mission when prompted, and take to a
garage.

-Vinewood Souvenirs - Al Di Napoli
-Eye in the Sky

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.6 - [Unique] Amanda's Torino Red Ubermacht Sentinel
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked (1): After Marriage Counseling [MF] (Michael)
Lost (1): After Did Somebody Say Yoga? [M] (Michael)

Unlocked (2): ???

Unique license plate: [KRYST4L]
**No interior garage
**Persistent vehicle

----------------------------------------
Description: The classic GTA car is back, with metallic torino red as the
primary color (and a bluish steel pearlescent), and torino red as the
secondary - because who can ever have enough torino red?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.7 - [Unique] Tracey's Yellow Weeny Issi
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked (1): After Marriage Counseling [MF] (Michael)
Lost (1): After Did Somebody Say Yoga? [M] (Michael)

Unlocked (2): ???

Unique license plate: [P3RSEUS]
**No interior garage
**Persistent vehicle

----------------------------------------
Description: This Issi has a unique plate and is metallic yellow with a
shadow silver secondary color. The secondary also seems to have a random
pearlescent color. Since this is a persistent vehicle in-game, it is likely
that the pearlescent is determined when starting Daddy's Little Girl, since
that is the first time this vehicle appears. However, the vehicle sometimes
spawns in the driveway prior to this mission, and if it does, the pearlescent
will be determined then.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.8 - [Unique] Trevor's Garnet Red Canis Bodhi
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: After Mr. Philips [T] (Michael)

Unique license plate: [BETTY 32]
**No interior garage
**Persistent vehicle

----------------------------------------
Description: A rugged and robust pickup truck that handles fairly well in the
desert of Blaine County. Its speed and acceleration are not the greatest,
although upgrades will make it a formidable vehicle. The wheels of this truck
are the default off-road wheels, but they do not show up as equipped on
earier patches (or the unpatched game). After Monkey Business, a small stuffed
bear appears on the front bumper.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.9 - "Lost" Declasse Gang Burrito
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: When random events become available (for the first chances).
Found: In various random events, switch events, and missions. The best
recurring source of this vehicle is in random missions at the Scrapyard.
**No interior garage

----------------------------------------
Description: This is a larger version of the Burrito van, with a black and
red paintjob and the "Lost" biker gang's livery. Unlike the normal Burrito,
this cannot be stored in interior garages unless using the trick in section
3.3.

----------------------------------------
Missions this vehicle may also be found in:
-Mr. Philips
-Nervous Ron
-Friends Reunited
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.10 - Black Benefactor Dubsta w/ black trim
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: When Offroad Race #2 (first Offroad Truck Race) is unlocked.
Found: Randomly appears as a vehicle parked at the starting point of either
Offroad Truck Race (which are Offroad Races #2 and #6 of six total). Just get
in (no need to start the race) and drive to a garage. Careful not to confuse
it with the Canis Mesa, which looks surprisingly similar.

----------------------------------------
Description: This seems almost identical to the normal Benefactor Dubsta,
except many of the chrome parts of the normal version are blacked out,
including the stock wheel color. It has fewer options available at LSC than
the normal Dubsta, as well (all chrome options are missing). Lastly, for some
reason, when visiting a LSC garage with any patch installed (but not an
unpatched game), it will be named just "Dubsta, SUVs," omitting the make
(Benefactor). The normal version will be named in full, "Benefactor Dubsta,
SUVs."

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY (Trevor Philips Industries): A sure-fire way to get this special
Dubsta is at the end of the mission Trevor Philips Industries. After killing
all enemies from the back balcony, Chef will call Trevor to defend the
entrance to the shop. A group of Aztecas will pull right up to the door in
this special Dubsta, so just kill them and finish the mission successfully.
After the mission is over, drive it to a garage. It is UJ until the mission
ends, and exiting after failing will remove it as well, so finishing
successfully is important.

Missions this vehicle may also be found in:
-Trevor Philips Industries

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.11 - Enus Cognoscenti Cabrio
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: When interior garages are available.
Found: Purchase online at Legendary Motorsport for $185,000. Requires at least
one empty space in the buyer's interior garage.

----------------------------------------
Description: A luxury sedan, similar in style to the Cognoscenti from GTA4,
but more compact. The ones that appear in Marriage Counseling usually have
pre-determined colors, but occasionally will have a different color. None are
known to be unique.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY (Marriage Counseling): Two of these cars are scripted to appear near
the turn onto South Mo Milton Dr. during the chase at the start of the
mission, about a block before the Journey that blocks the road shows up. Both
Cognoscenti Cabrios will turn onto South Mo Milton Dr. as you chase the
target, so to obtain one, follow them down that road, block one with your
truck, then get out and jack it. Afterwards, drive it to a garage, choosing to
exit the mission when it fails for abandoning poor Franklin.

Missions this vehicle may also be found in:
-Marriage Counseling
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.12 - Pegassi Vacca
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: When interior garages are available.
Found: Purchase online at Legendary Motorsport for $185,000. Requires at least
one empty space in the buyer's interior garage.

----------------------------------------
Description: What can be said? It's another fast supercar, albeit with a
rather sleek body design.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY (Assuming the Truth): This is one of the target cars needed to pass
the mission and advance along the Epsilon chain. For convienence, one is
parked in a lot on the south side of Wild Oats Dr. in Vinewood Hills, which is
the road directly to the south of Whispymound Drive, where Franklin's second
safehouse is located. Just get in (it is silver-colored and unlocked) and take
it to whatever garage is desired, then go back to the spawn point to collect
another for the mission. it will spawn in that spot indefinitely, until a
Vacca is delivered to the Epsilon garage.

8.13 - [Unique] Garnet Red Pegassi Faggio
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Switch event: Scooter Brother [T]
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Timcatgt
Unique license plate: [BETTY 32]

----------------------------------------
Description: A red Faggio with a unique license plate. Given that it is garnet
red and has the same plate as Trevor's Bodhi truck, it can be assumed that
this scooter belongs to Trevor, and was not just appropriated from some poor
guy (at least recently).

----------------------------------------
Availability: Randomly occurs when switching to Trevor, or loading an autosave
with Trevor as the active character. It will only occur after finishing
Friends Reunited (when Trevor officially moves to Los Santos), and will place
Trevor on one of the highways leading out of Los Santos.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: Trevor is riding this vehicle during the event. Once you notice the
distinctive "scooter brother" situation, turn around and drive it to a garage.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.14 - [Blank] "Lost" Declasse Gang Burrito
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Switch event: Lost - Off the Bridge [T]
Difficulty: *
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Timcatgt
**BLANK PLATE ONLY AVAILABLE ON EARLIER PATCHES
**No interior garage

----------------------------------------
Description: This is a Gang Burrito with the usual Lost biker gang livery. The
big difference is this one has a blank license plate, and it can actually be
saved in a garage unlike many appearances of this van.

----------------------------------------
Availability: Randomly occurs when switching to Trevor, or loading an autosave
with Trevor as the active character. It will only occur after finishing
Friends Reunited (when Trevor officially moves to Los Santos), and will place
Trevor on a bridge in Los Santos, teaching a Lost biker how to fly.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: After the event ends, this Gang Burrito will be parked on the road
nearby. Get inside and drive it to Trevor's trailer garage in Sandy Shores.
Alternatively, you can store it in Trevor's interior garage using the trick in
section 3.3.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.15 - "Smoke on the Water" Brute Pony
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: When Franklin purchases "Smoke on the Water."
Found: In "Smoke on the Water" random property missions.
**No interior garage

----------------------------------------
Description: A normal van, like many others, but with the livery for the
prescription marijuana shop "Smoke on the Water." The van is black, with a
green marijuana leaf motif for the front.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 1: To obtain this, first store a Towtruck at the Floyd's house
parking spot. Wait for a Smoke on the Water mission to appear, and then obtain
the van and return it to the store. It will now be UJ. Fetch the Towtruck from
the nearby parking spot at Floyd's house and tow the van there. Leave and
return (or save and load) and it can be driven! However, it is still unable
to be stored in an interior garage normally, so either keep it in a normal
garage (such as Floyd's), or use the trick in section 3.3 to put it into an
interior garage.

<<Formulated by: fnxrak>>

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 2: If you don't mind failing the mission, just drive the van directly
to Franklin's safehouse garage and leave it inside until the timer runs out.
Save and load the game, then it will be unlocked and can be taken anywhere
your heart desires.

<<Formulated by: Lancet Jades>>
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.16 - Plain White Vapid Benson
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: When someone purchases "The Hen House."
Found: In "The Hen House" random property missions.
**No interior garage

----------------------------------------
Description: This mighty truck is usually found clad in a righteous livery,
however the one used by the Hen House - a notorious den of ill repute - is
plain white, with nary a logo or emblem. This is a unique trait for the
otherwise commercial Benson.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: Once the mission is triggered, go to he start location and get
inside the truck. Now, just crash around enough for all of the cargo to break
and the mission to end. Take it to your desired storage location. It is
suggested to use either Floyd's Apartment's or the Vanilla Unicorn's parking
spot, as this vehicle is so big, attempting to store it in an interior
garage could be dangerous.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.17 - Special Purple Lampadati Felon
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Actual primary color: (Metallic) Black Purple

Unlocked: When someone purchases "Pitchers."
Found: In "Pitchers" random property missions.

----------------------------------------
Description: Sometimes the Ballas roll up out of da hood and attsck gay bars
in Vinewood. When this happens, they drive Felons with a very unique (and
stylish) metallic purple paintjob.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: During the Ballas attack property mission, two of these will be
parked right outside of the bar. Simply kill the Ballas attackers to finish
the mission, then drive one of these to a garage at your leisure.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.18- [Blank] BPT Taxi
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
**BLANK PLATE ONLY AVAILABLE ON EARLIER PATCHES

Unlocked (1): In the "Talk with Tanisha" switch event for Franklin.
Found (1): This event only occurs prior to Mr. Philips, and will only occur
once in a given playthrough. See the strategy for more information. Tanisha
will be inside after the event concludes.
Discovered by: StuntmanSnake

Unlocked (2): In the "Lady Friend" switch event for Franklin.
Found (2): This event only happens after Hotel Assassination, and can occur
an unlimited number of times. See the strategy for more information. The lady
friend will be inside after the event concludes.

----------------------------------------
Description: A plain, ordinary taxi that just happens to have a blank license
plate. The taxi does not seem to have a Taxi light on the roof. This vehicle
also has the bulletproof tire modification, which is normally unavailable on
Taxis since they cannot be modded at LSC. While the blank plate seems to have
been "fixed" by later patches, the bulletproof tires remain unique.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY (Talk with Tanisha event and Lady Friend event): First, get a small
Towtruck. These are often only found in Blaine County, and one can usually be
found outside the LSC in Paleto Bay. Park it in Franklin's garage. Now,
trigger the event, and once it ends, quickly rush outside, get inside the
Towtruck, and drive after the Taxi. Shoot at it until the driver runs off
scared, then hook it up and tow it back to Franklin's garage.

You can also simply pursue the Taxi in a vehicle, then once the driver flees,
push it back to Franklin's garage using a large vehicle. This is more
difficult, especially since Franklin will likely earn himself a wanted level,
but can work.

Alternatively, trick 3.7 works on this vehicle as well. and only requires that
the driver be shot dead or scared away. Once inside, drive the car to a garage
and it's yours! Pursuing the Taxi is possible with any vehicle, such as
Franklin's Buffalo.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY (Father/Son): The only way to obtain this is to switch to Michael
shortly after finishing the mission. He will be getting out of the taxi.
Quickly get inside and take it to a garage. Alternatively, loading an autosave
from immediately after the mission seems to generate a random Michael switch
event, with this Taxi as his active vehicle, making it that much easier to
obtain.

----------------------------------------
Missions this vehicle may also be found in:
-Father/Son

----------------------------------------
NOTE: There are certain ways to obtain the switch event Taxis that involve
things like quick saves or accessing GTA:O. However, these have a flaw:
although the resulting Taxi has the blank plate (on earlier patches), the
tires will be stripped of their bulletproof property!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.19 - Frogger w/ TPI graffiti
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: After Three's Company [MFT] (FIB)
Found: Unlocked in Trevor's helipad vehicle list.

----------------------------------------
Description: Trevor has defaced this black Frogger with numerous logos for his
business, TPI. It is presumably the FIB's maroon Frogger used in Three's
Company, but this one has black as its base color. Did Trevor spray paint the
entire chopper?

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.20 - Submersible
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: After purchasing the Sonar Collections Dock. This property becomes
available to purchase after completing The Merryweather Heist.
Found: At the property's wooden pier. Available to all three characters,
regardless of who owns the property.

----------------------------------------
Description: A yellow submarine. Is there really more to say? Just don't go
below a depth of about ~500ft with it, or else it will implode from the
pressure.

----------------------------------------
Missions this vehicle may also be found in:
-Minisub
-The Merryweather Heist
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.21 - Overflod Entity XF, Super
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: After I Fought the Law [MFT] (Devin)
Found: Purchase online at Legendary Motorsport for $795,000. Requires at least
one empty space in the buyer's interior garage.

----------------------------------------
Description: An elegant and busy-looking super car that has an excellent blend
of speed, handling, and power.

----------------------------------------
Missions this vehicle may also be found in:
-I Fought the Law
-Pack Man
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.22 - Grotti Cheetah, Super
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: After I Fought the Law [MFT] (Devin)
Found: Purchase online at Legendary Motorsport for $650,000. Requires at least
one empty space in the buyer's interior garage.

----------------------------------------
Description: An elegant and sleek-looking super car that has an excellent
blend of speed, handling, and power. Definitely not the same Cheetah from the
previous generation of GTAs!

----------------------------------------
Missions this vehicle may also be found in:
-I Fought the Law
-Pack Man
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.23 - Truffade Z-Type, Sports Classics
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: After Eye in the Sky [FT] (Devin)
Found: Purchase online at Legendary Motorsport for $10,000,000. Requires at
least one empty space in the buyer's interior garage.

----------------------------------------
Description: A limited-edition classic sports car that is overpriced, but has
a very unique look. Not terribly efficient as transport.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY (Eye in the Sky): Proceed through the mission until the Z-Type is
delivered to Devin at the airport. Get inside one of the Tailgaters parked
near Devin's jet, then attack the jet. This will fail the mission. Exit out,
and Franklin will be deposited in front of the airport. Parked in a nearby
space will be the Z-Type, rather than a Tailgater. Get inside and drive it to
a garage.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.24 - Dewbauchee JB 700, Sports Classics
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: After Deep Inside [FT] (Devin)
Found: Purchase online at Legendary Motorsport for $475,000. Requires at least
one empty space in the buyer's interior garage.

----------------------------------------
Description: This car is modeled after what a secret agent might drive, with
the name no doubt being a reference to James Bond (JB), agent 007 (700). In
the storyline, this vehicle has various weapons, such as machineguns, a spike
deployer, and an ejection seat, but this is a decommissioned version that is
just a normal car.

----------------------------------------
Missions this vehicle may also be found in:
-Deep Inside
-Pack Man
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.25 - Pegassi Monroe, Sports Classics
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: After Pack Man [FT] (Devin)
Found: Purchase online at Legendary Motorsport for $490,000. Requires at least
one empty space in the buyer's interior garage.

----------------------------------------
Description: This car is yet another sports classic capable of holding its own
against even Super cars. Better yet, it looks damn fine while doing it, too.

----------------------------------------
Missions this vehicle may also be found in:
-Pack Man
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.S1- Space Docker (patched game only)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: After The Final Frontier (F) (Omega)
Found: Located on the special vehicles list in each character's interior
garage.

----------------------------------------
Description: The Space Docker is a heavily-modified dune buggy, complete with
blue LEDs and UFO sound effects. It performs about the same as the vehicle it
is based on, but is pretty fun to drive.

----------------------------------------
Missions this vehicle may also be found in:
-The Final Frontier

----------------------------------------
NOTE: This vehicle is only unlocked in each character's interior garage on a
patched version of the game with more recent patches. Earlier patches (or an
unpatched game) will only give once chance to obtain this; see vehicle 4.S1
for more information.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
8.S2 - Fixter
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unlocked: When "Rampage Five" is available.
Found: During and after Rampage Five.

----------------------------------------
Description: A large but simple bicycle. Nothing else much to say, although it
seems to be both unable to bunny hop (like most bicycles can) and to speed up
(like the race bikes can), leaving it in a position of apparently inferiority.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY (Rampage Five): During the rampage, hipsters will sometimes enter the
battlefield riding one of these. Just take one after finishing the rampage.
Note that obtaining it after finishing the rampage at least once will require
replaying the rampage from the icon in the game world, NOT through the mission
replay list.

----------------------------------------
NOTE: I've heard that this bike randomly spawns in the Mirror Park region
after finishing Rampage Five, but have never seen one myself. Regardless of
whether it's true, it is not difficult to obtain this vehicle anyways.

*9* SET LICENSE PLATE VEHICLES
==============================================================================
These vehicles are ones that are only even remotely special because their
license plate is always the same. What sets these apart from unique plate
vehicles is that these plates follow the normal random naming convention:
2 numbers, then 3 letters, then 3 numbers. These are most likely NOT actually
unique or special, as they could theoretically be created randomly in normal
gameplay at any point. I'm only including this section because people would
complain if I just ditched these vehicles from the guide LIKE I SHOULD.

Remember, these vehicles are only here, in this section, because their "set"
license plate is the ONLY thing making them special. Any serious special
vehicle collectors would turn their noses up at this section like a gourmand
rejecting dog food.

9.1 - Silver Albany Cavalcade
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: The Long Stretch [F] (Lamar)
Difficulty: **
Required: Nothing
Discovered by: Timcatgt
Set license plate: [34MTA729]

----------------------------------------
Description: A metallic silver Cavalcade with its default pearlescent. The
license plate is always the same, although it may not be truly unique, as it
follows the random plate format and could theoretically be generated on any
random Cavalcade.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: After escaping the building and the grounds, Franklin will be tasked
with losing a three-star wanted level in a conveniently-provided Jackal. Look
down the street to the northwest and the Cavalcade will be parked on the side
of the road. Get in, escape the cops, and finish the mission, then take it to
a garage.

9.2 - Blue Ubermacht Oracle (1st of 2)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Three's Company [MFT] (FIB)
Difficulty: *
Required: Mission failure
Discovered by: Timcatgt
Set license plate: [81TDS937]

----------------------------------------
Description: A nice-looking Oracle with a galaxy blue paintjob (primary and
secondary), and an unknown pearlescent. It has a set license plate, and is
apparently used by agent Dave Norton.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: As soon as the mission begins, drive into the food court of the FIB
building and ram the two agents sitting at the table. This will fail the
mission. After exiting, drive to a garage. Interestingly, hitting the nameless
agent near the car will NOT fail the mission, and Dave says he'll just pretend
he didn't see that happen.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
9.3 - Blue Ubermacht Oracle (2nd of 2)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mission: Three's Company [MFT] (FIB)
Difficulty: *
Required: A little money
Discovered by: Timcatgt
Set license plate: [81TDS937]
**LSC trick

----------------------------------------
Description: A nice-looking Oracle with a galaxy blue paintjob (primary and
secondary), and an unknown pearlescent. It has a set license plate, and is
apparently used by agent Dave Norton.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: During the mission, take the car to LSC and modify it in some way.
After finishing the mission, it will be impounded, allowing an easy retrieval,
provided you can pay the $250 impound fee.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
9.S1 - Blue Declasse Premier (1st of 3)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Trevor): Nigel and Mrs. Thornhill (Nigel)
Difficulty: *
Required: Towtruck
Discovered by: fnxrak
Set license plate: [28BNT310]

----------------------------------------
Description: This is apparently Nigel's car, and is parked nearby the mission
location. It is metallic Mariner Blue with a random pearlescent. The license
plate is set to a specific combination.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: First, get a Towtruck, from the LSC Garage near the Airport if
needed. Next, drive to the mission start location (it's in Vinewood Hills) and
fire a shot near Nigel to scare him off, cancelling the mission. This is
parked up the street to the northeast of Nigel's position. Hook it up the
Towtruck, drive it to Floyd's house, and leave it in the parking spot. Drive
away and return (or save and load), and there it is! This can also be done
later in the game with the Vanilla Unicorn's parking spots.

If for some reason you want to get this during the period between access to
Floyd's house and the Vanilla Unicorn, you can try to carefully and tediously
wedge it into Trevor's Sandy Shores garage. But don't do this unless it is
absolutely necessary. It's a pain in the dick.

Stranger (Trevor): Vinewood Souvenirs - Al Di Napoli (Nigel)
Difficulty: *
Required: Towtruck
Discovered by: Timcatgt
Set license plate: [28BNT310]

----------------------------------------
Description: This is apparently Nigel's car, and is used to help apprehend the
target. It is metallic Mariner Blue with a random pearlescent. The license
plate is set to a specific combination.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY: First, get a Towtruck, from the LSC Garage near the Airport if
needed. Next, drive to the mission start location and fire a shot near Nigel to
scare him off, cancelling the mission. This is parked next to where Nigel was
on the street. Hook it up the Towtruck, drive it to Floyd's house, and leave
it in the parking spot. Drive away and return (or save and load), and there it

------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Stranger (Trevor): Vinewood Souvenirs - The Last Act (Nigel)
Difficulty: *
Required: Towtruck
Discovered by: Timcatgt
Set license plate: [28BNT310]

----------------------------------------
Description: This is apparently Nigel's car, and is used to dispose of the
target. It is metallic Mariner Blue with a random pearlescent. The license
plate is set to a specific combination.

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 1: First, get a Towtruck, from the LSC Garage near the Airport if
needed. Next, drive to the mission start location and fire a shot near Nigel
to scare him off, cancelling the mission. This is parked next to where Nigel
was in the alley. Hook it up the Towtruck, drive it to Floyd's house, and
leave it in the parking spot. Drive away and return (or save and load), and
there it is! This can also be done later in the game with the Vanilla
Unicorn's parking spots.

<<Formulated by: fnxrak; Lancet Jades for the interim suggestion>>

----------------------------------------
STRATEGY 2: If you choose to free Al Di Napoli, you will have possession of
this car even after the mission ends. Drive it to a garage at your leisure.
Note that this is incompatible with both of the gold medal criteria, for what
little it may matter.

*10* VEHICLE LIST
==============================================================================
This is a list of all vehicles in the game, along with their make and class.
The lists are based on class, with vehicles in that class listed by model,
and the make afterwards. The model is the traditional GTA vehicle name, while
the make and class were mostly left unknown in-game.

In-game, when inside a vehicle, the game lists the make, model, and class in
this order and format: [MAKE] [MODEL], [CLASS]

If n/a is listed for the make, it means there is no make listed in the game.
If the make is listed in parentheses, it is not shown in-game, but it can be
seen during vehicle selection for races in GTA: Online.

*11* MISSION LIST
==============================================================================
A list of all missions in the game, along with what vehicles are available in
those missions. This list is the order used to sort the vehicles. Strangers
and Freaks missions are also listed. While the 100% checklist mentions 20 of
these missions, there are actually many more, with only some of them counting
towards the actual 100%. These list all of the missions, regardless of whether
they count.

Some missions do not count towards the 69 required for 100% completion, but
still have an entry in the Replay Missions list, as well as award a medal
based on completion of optional criteria (that count towards the 70 gold
medals achievement). These will be denoted with an asterisk (*) and numbered
with the same number as the previous mission in the list. This keeps the
numbered missions at 69 total while still including these "non-mission"
missions.

Note that the characters listed as participating in each mission are based on
which actually is part of the mission, and not who the game awards completion
of the mission to. For example, only Michael gets credit for finishing
Prologue, but both he and Trevor are part of that mission.

*14* CREDITS

Arthur Heng
~Informed me of where the car storage spot at Floyd's safehouse actually was,
after I had concluded it didn't exist. A great help! Also confirmed that even
big trucks can be stored there with creative parking. Even discovered that
fnxrak's "mod a vehicle at LSC to keep it afterwards" trick works on a bunch
of mission vehicles! Found a bunch of other assorted things, too.

Columbo
~Found a strategy to get both the blank plate Blista and Peyote from after I
Fought the Law, and a way to obtain the vehicles in Simeon's dealership
(except for the Special Yellow Karin BeeJay XL) up until completing the first
heist. Also found that the Z-Type in Pack Man had a unique plate.

Darksunnyday
~Found a way to get the blue unique plate Nagasaki Blazer from Nervous Ron!
 Amazing find!

Eugene Cho
~Showed me a couple of neat things with interior garages, and also suggested
something that led to me realizing that glitching other vehicles into the
garage is much easier than what I originally thought. And discovered a one-
fail way of getting both Blazers in Nervous Ron.

fnxrak
~Helped elucidate the issues with the orange Bison in Repossession. Also
suggested that the FQ 2 in Beverly's second mission might be difficult or
impossible to get on the European version. Also discovered a trick to keep
vehicles from missions by modding them at LSC. Also discovered lots of other
stuff. He's rapidly overtaking Timcatgt's lead.

lol232
~Pointed out that the special orange Bison in Repossession might not be
obtainable by failing the mission in some versions of the game.

Robert Thomas
~Discovered oddly-colored vehicles in Vinewood Souvenirs: Al Di Napoli.

Saints Row Four
~Pioneered tons of amazing glitches found on his Youtube account, including
how to potentially obtain the snowy Asea, and how to get inside UJ vehicles.
 Responsible for unearthing strategy 3.8.

Sean Lim
~Found a blank plate black Cavalcade after Predator.

Skellington87
~Found that the two Blazers in Nervous Ron have unique license plates.

StuntmanSnake
~Helped me out a lot with many vehicles, and gave me someone to discuss
vehicles, strategies, and other things with. A huge help! And he'll probably
discover dozens more vehicles in the future. Also discovered how to save any
vehicle at interior garages!!! And how to duplicate vehicles.

Timcatgt
~Found numerous special vehicles (most of which have not been added yet). Many
of his finds were vehicles that were not very visible and easily missed.
Really, he's by far one of, if not THE most prolific special vehicle
discoverer person thingy for GTAV thus far.

More progress and some fixes, courtesy of fnxrak!

0.40 Completed November 4th, 2013.
Made more story progress, and added a bunch of vehicles that Timcatgt found.

0.50 Completed November 8th, 2013.
Even more main story progress, and some fixes and addition things completed
(like the safehouse list... I think). Also ran a spellcheck on the guide. It
was much needed. fnxrak found a third copy of Nigel's blue Premier, and
Arthur Heng filled me in on the garage mechanics, especially Floyd's house.

0.52 Completed November 11th, 2013.
A bunch of new tactics, including storing any vehicle in interior garages,
duplicating vehicles, and modding vehicles during missions to keep them
afterwards. Great work, StuntmanSnake and Arthur Heng!!!

0.55 Completed November 18th, 2013.
fnxrak found a wat to get both the Cheetal and Entity XF from I Fought the
Law. Also... other stuff. Maybe? Also more garage info from Arthur Heng,
mainly when certain garages are lost.

0.60 Completed November 26nd, 2013.
A blank plate Cavalcade after Predator, and added a blank plate Blista from
I fought the law that I had overlooked. Also covered A Starlet in Vinewood.

0.75 Completed November 29th, 2013.
Made more story progress and added vehicles accordingly. Also removed the
online trick as it is apparent that it only works before finishing the
mission Complications early in the game. Also improved the formatting of
the vehicle sections a lot, better distinguishing between different entries
and sections. Split main sections into "unique/blank plates" and "other
special things," and also made a special "set plates" section to quarantine
them away from all the vehicles that are ACTUALLY special.

0.76 Completed December 27th, 2013.
Columbo reported a way of getting both blank plate vehicles from I Fought the
Law, and a way to access inside Simeon's dealership after Father/Son (up until
finishing the last setup mission for the first heist). Also a bunch of other
small additions I can't be bothered to keep track of.

0.78 Completed February 19th, 2014.
Updated guide with Obey Tailgater locations, as it is only found as Mike's
personal vehicle, and in a select few missions. Also officially integrated
unique identifiers in the numbering for stranger/random event/switch event
vehicles, mainly by making the letter (s, r, and x) uppercase instead of
lower. And a better strategy for getting the vehicles in Simeon's showroom
after Father/Son. I've received a lot of extra info in the weeks since I last
updated, and I plan to get around to processing them in the coming weeks!

0.79 Completed March 20th, 2014.
Added the bronze Speedo in a Vinewood Souvenirs mission as a special vehicle,
because it really is. Also some other minor improvements, including info on
the interior garages and their availability without the Collector's Edition or
a R* Social Club membership.

0.80 Completed March 24th, 2014.
Darksunnyday found a way to keep the blue unique plate Blazer in Nervous Ron!
Amazing find for a vehicle I never thought we'd be able to obtain. Also I
found a special lighter-colored BF Dune Buggy in the Fair Game stranger
mission.

0.81 Completed April 16th, 2014.
Added a unique dark blue and beige Journey. Also a method for getting inside
UJ vehicles, thanks to Saints Row Four! An amazing find which enables getting
several vehicles more easily, or even at all!

0.82 Completed April 28th, 2014.
More vehicles added that take advantage of trick 3.7 to get inside UJ cars,
including the red Tailgater in one of Franklin's towtruck stranger missions.
Also added the special black Dubsta from the offroad races and the one Trevor
mission early on. Alos fianlly ran a spellchek and fond an embarrasng
numper of mmistkes.

0.83 Completed May 6th, 2014.
With help of fnxrak, I'm discerning the true colors of various special-colored
vehicles, which will help shine a light on ust what is special or not. He also
found more new vehicles in Repossession, so check that mission for info on
them. Also more info on the vehicle that is now 6.8.

0.84 Completed June 2nd, 2014.
Thanks to a tip from fnxrak, discovered that all vehicles in Simeon's showroom
following Complications have the "UWC" property. So far, they're the only
vehicles in the game with this property. There's also a difference between the
vehicles present immediately after Complications and afterwards. Also
reclassified a couple vehicles, like the brown GoPostal Boxville and Caddy w/
golf club bag, and expanded upon the white branded Burrito in Father/Son. Also
renovated the blank plate Taxi, since it is technically classified as "rare."

0.85 Completed July 16th, 2014.
fnxrak found that the "rust brown" JoBuilt Rubble CAN be found in traffic, so
it was removed. Also finally updated the vehicle list to include DLC vehicles.
Changed the notes about Franklin's Aunt's safehouse garage, since it can
accommodate two smaller cars. Also added a full strategy for the brown GoPostal
Boxville in Father/Son. And a BPT FIB, and probably several minor things I've
forgotten to list.

0.86 Completed October 2nd, 2014.
Eugene Cho has a one-fail strategy for both Blazers in Nervous Ron! Also
updated the garages section to include info on obtaining various storage
places for free, and the vehicle list to factor in new DLC. Also found that
the Dune Buggy in Cletus' missions isn't actually special, just not as common
as some other color schemes. Added the Fixter and Crusdaer w/out hood from the
rampages, and more info on the Phantoms in Fame or Shame. Also found out that
the blank plate Phantom at the end of FoS doesn't exist on the most recent
patch, causing a new class of tag to exist: EPO (earlier patch only). This
vehicle now requires reverting to an earlier patch or just deleting it
altogether to obtain.

0.87 Completed November 25th, 2014.
Added the special white Patriot in Hitch Lift 4, and found that the LS Power &
Water white Burrito does appear outside of missions. Added the Space Docker
(finally)! Also confirming that, sadly, pretty much all blank plate vehicles
have been "fixed" on later patches. Semper fi! Also finished the Epsilon
missions. Accepted that all blank plate vehicles have been "fixed" on the
latest patch and altered guide accordingly. Also removed "UW" tag for wheel
type being unequipped, since patch also fixed that (but it's less of a loss).
Removed the EPO designation for the moment as well.

0.88 Completed December 2nd, 2014.
Added the Maroon Froogger from Three's Company, and noticed an unobtainable
blue Burrito at the end, too. Finally added the Clown Van properly, and moved
Michael's short-lived red Premier to the special color section where it
belongs. Added the TPI Cargobob from between the Cargobob mission and the
heist.

0.89 Completed December 11th, 2014.
Added the Go Postal brown Boxville from Vinewood Souvenirs, as well as a
series of semi-random pearlescents. Improved strategy for both blank plate
vehicles in I fought the Law. Added strategy to keep Z-Type in Eye in the Sky.
Reclassified unique plate Faggio and blank plate Gang Burrito as rare. And
found a white Atomic Burrito in Eye in the Sky.
