Orange Weapons?

I've heard they are the best and rarest weapons in the game but and i've also heard you have to play the jackpot machine a ton to possibly get some. But, is there any easy ways to get any? quests/missions? areas? bosses?(other than terramorphus, etc..)

Also, what level do you have to be to use them?

No you don't have to play the jackpot to get them. certain bosses have a chance to drop certain legendaries and you can get them at almost any lvl i have a lvl 2 legendary pistol as well as plenty lvl 50 legendaries

if you type borderlands 2 legendary list into google you should be able to find what bosses drop what legendaries and just keep farming.

Don't rely too much on the jackpot machine; success rate is extremely low and you'll end up spending millions. The drop rate from certain bosses too is low but it's a guaranteed drop.

Also you can use orange level weapons at any level. My first was a level 4 pistol.
