U have to logged in battlelog then choose from ur profile

Log onto Battlelog for Medal of Honor Warfighter, you can find Battlelog by using google and searching for Battlelog. Either sign in or sign up there and click on "MOHW" at the very top of the page. You will see a "Nations" tab from there and click on that. You will be given an overview on how Nations works and prompted to select your nation.
