How do I beat the enemies on the roof?

At the end of shore leave, I have to snipe a bunch of enemies. But the last one on highest roof seems impossible to kill. The helicopter helps me kill one but the other one just runs around the back only to reappear. I know I am hitting him but he does not die. Can someone help me? I think its a glitch that needs patching up!!!!

Answer

Make sure you are accommodating your aim for bullet drop. You should line, not just the one, but both guys on the roof with the RPGs at about the '2' mark below the crosshairs in the scope. Also, make sure you zoom into those targets and aren't using the regular zoom.
