Anybody know what the deal is with this SOC-T Intel?

Purpose, Locations, Etc...

I am not sure what this is... but if it is the intel in the campaign, if you collect it all, you get an achievement and can view something. I don't know where or how, because I haven't completed the campaign yet.

It gives u a better SOC-T for the last part. It has a better boost that allows you to reach the alternate routes
