How do I get past protecting the president?

Imy problem arrives when I start driving the truck. I get n I take off and when I get to the cop cars it always says I failed to protect the president. I run over all the guys n the street and ram all their trucks. What am I missing?

Perhaps it's the amount of damage the vehicle sustains. Try not to run into enemy fire too.
