III. Whatís New in Black Ops 2						[003]

So heres what is new in BLACK OPS 2;

- Killstreaks are now called SCORESTREAKS meaning points accumulated in the 
match is used meaning any kind of points go towards the streak

- New 10 point system for the create a class

- Wildcards are new kind of like SPECIALIST KILLSTREAK but cost points in the 
create a class

- Added new equipment

IV. Weapons								[004]

So pretty much the same old stuff in all COD games but this time you have a 
10 point system on how many things you can bring into battle with you.

Here is how I broken down my opinion for the weapons;

NAME: Name of the gun
UNLOCKED: What level the gun is unlocked
CLIP SIZE: How much starting ammo and spare magazines

ACCURACY: How accurate the gun is when firing ADS
DAMAGE: How much damage the weapon does to an enemy
RANGE: How much range it has depending on the distance
FIRE RATE: How fast the weapon fires
MOBILITY: How well you move with the weapon equipped

HIP FIRING: How accurate when firing from the hip
RELOADING WITH AMMO: How long it takes to reload the gun with ammo
RELOADING WITH NO AMMO: How long it takes to reload the gun with no ammo 

MY OPINION: Just my opinion of the weapon [PLEASE BE FREE TO ALSO GIVE AN 
OPINION OF THE WEAPON TOO]

These weapons are good for the mid-long range, making it the best overall 
weapon in any situation you are in.

MY OPINION: This is a good starting weapon with decent damage and range not 
as strong as it was in MW2 but a good overall weapon

MY OPINION: This burst weapon is like the TYPE-95, its fast and deadly making

MY OPINION: This is excellent weapon for people who like to use single round 
weapons that kill in 2-3 hits, this weapon is extremely strong but lacks the 
full auto to go in and takeout a bunch of enemies.

most reliable gun because the stats are pretty good, donít take my word for it 
just try it out.

accurate and decent damage, the only thing you have to watch out for is 
holding down the fire button as the speed of the gun reduces but making it 
more accurate.

These weapons are the best of the best when it comes to CQB, usually takes 
out an enemy with 1 spread making them into nothing.

MY OPINION: This weapon is meant only for CQB, cause it try anything else than 
that then your going to have hard time doing so. This is usually 1 hit kill up 
close but sometimes requires 2 of where you hit them.

MY OPINION: This weapon has a multi purpose, this weapon can take out an enemy 
from mid range because of the single slug fired as well people you are up close 
with 1 shot.

MY OPINION: This weapon is just like the S12 with the difference being the 
shotgun can fire 4 times before switching to another chamber making this the 
weapon of choice cleaning out a small room.

These are of close the weapon of choice how people who like playing the far 
type of game, these are always 1 hit kill in the head and most of the time 
in the chest.

MY OPINION: This weapon is bolt action its great for picking off targets cause 
you have to wait for the sway to down after cocking back, this will kill 1 hit 
from the crotch and higher.

from crotch and above but is pretty much the same thing as the DSR but better 
ammo size and reloading time.

MY OPINION: This is the BARRET .50 of the game, not only this 1 hit kill from 
crotch above its semi-automatic making killing people a breeze since shoot 
multiple times before reloading or having to cock back your gun.

These also a short range type weapon, not as strong as SHOTGUN up close but 
makes up with its amazing rate of fire.

MY OPINION: This is the P90 version of Black Ops, this weapon is slightly 
slower and weaker than the MP7 but has a big ammo clip making it unlikely for 
you to reload before the person your shooting at does.

little but since then, it is not as fast, is weaker and has its ranged reduced 
than when it was in MW2, not really that good but if want to complete 
challenges then ahead and be my guest.

MY OPINION: This is an interesting weapon because this is the first burst SMG

really fast even though itís a burst weapon, the only problem is hitting the 
target and keeping ammo cause if you spray a lot it will be gone really fast.

SKORPION EVO

MY OPINION: This is the fastest SMG and gun in the entire game, it may have 
weak damage but its amazing speed will make up for it, if you equip RAPID 
FIRE this gun runs out of ammo extremely fast but the recoil is WTF, this is 
the mostly used SMG when unlocked.

MY OPINION: This is the RIOT SHIELD with a twist, you can use it as a regular 
shield or can place it down to act as cover, pretty much used for holding 
down positions, not really useful as a weapon, more of a backup to shield 
you from back attacks.

MY OPINION: This good if your just running around map wanting to knife 
everyone, this is quick and efficient for taking enemies quietly, also the 
knife inside is also good when you cant get close.

MY OPINION: This time the crossbow doesnít have a lot of drop distance 
making it go straighter and faster hitting the target, sticking the target 
is the only way to guarantee a kill for 3 shots will do it.

These are your backup plan when you have no ammo in your primary, these are 
mostly for CQB but can be upgraded to a mid range type weapon.

someone but as you get further this weapon becomes really weak as all the

MY OPINION: This is like the RAFFICAS in MW2 making these the weapons of 
choice for people who play on high sensitivity, the 3 round burst can usually 
kill someone but usually requires at least 2 bursts to kill someone.

EXECUTIONER

ACCURACY: 3.0
DAMAGE: 0-10.
RANGE: 1.0-3.0
FIRE RATE: Semi-Automatic

RELOADING WITH AMMO: 2.0 Seconds for 1st shell then 0.7-0.9 seconds after that 
RELOADING WITH NO AMMO: 4.6-4.9 Seconds

MY OPINION: This weapon is such a gamble because it is a SHOTGUN PISTOL, the 
range on this gun is extremely making this weapon up close and personal hence 
the name EXECUTIONER, this will always kill in 1 hit if up close.

Of course no COD game would be complete without any lethal or tactical 
grenades, they added a couple of new things to make it more futuristic.

Lethal Grenades								[005a]
==============================================================================

GRENADE [Starting Weapon]: Pretty much the same thing as all of the COD 
games, there is a 5 second delay time before it blows up which you can cook 
the grenade to prevent it form being thrown back.

SEMTEX [Starting Weapon]: It will stick to any surface or person, like the 
grenade it has a 5 second delay time as well.

COMBAT AXE [LVL 17]: Like the THROWING KNIFE in the MODERN WARFARE SERIES or 
the TOMAHAWK in BLACK OPS, this is a 1 hit kill on any body part, when thrown 
is drops on a angle. 

BOUNCING BETTY [LVL 28]: Unlike the claymore, the BETTY does not show any 
tripwires but it motion sensored, when someone gets to close to it will pop 
up and explode 

C4 [LVL 41]: The strongest explosive in the game, good for setting up 
ambushes or holding key points in DOMINATION, you can either double tap the 
ACTION BUTTON to explode it or either use the trigger to detonate it.

CLAYMORE [LVL 53]: Unlike the bouncing betty, the claymore has tripwires 
making them easier to spot than BETTIES, but pretty much if you trip one 
say bye bye.

Tactical Grenades							[005b]

CONCUSSION GRENADE [Starting Weapon]: This is will disorient the player, 
making them slower to move and to react to you.

SMOKE GRENADE [Starting Weapon]: These grenades now explode on impact unlike 
the previous games where you had to wait like 2-3 seconds before the smoke 
came out.

SENSOR GRENADE [LVL 6]: An interesting new gadget they have, the grenade is 
like the PORTABLE RADAR from MW3 except you can throw it to see where 
enemies are but will explode like 5 seconds later

EMP GRENADE [LVL 11]: Like MW3, this will destroy any electronic equipment 
and if you hit a player then all electronics will be temporarily gone have 
awhile. 

SHOCK CHARGE [LVL 23]: This also new as well, this is like mini taser, when 
in range will shock the enemy, making him/her slow, unable to react fast as 
well as have a lot of electricity on there screen.

BLACK HAT [LVL 25]: This is the last of the new stuff, pretty much you can 
destroy any equipment the enemy with the exception of GRENADES/SEMTEX/SMOKE/
CONCUSSION/FLASH/EMP, this is also destroy any vehicles.

FLASHBANG GRENADE [LVL 29]: This is make the enemy stop running and will be 
blinded for several seconds depending on where the person was flashed.

TROPHY SYSTEM [LVL 35]: Will destroy any projectiles thrown at but only when 
it reaches a certain range, can destroy some killstreaks but thatís really 
rare.

TACTICAL INSERTION [LVL 47]: Like all the games you can choose where you 
want to respawn, you also have the option not to spawn [THIS IS NOT ALLOWED 
IN FFA TO PREVENT BOOSTING]

Attachments								[005c]

Here are all the attachments for all the weapons used in Black Ops 2;

ACOG SCOPE: Adds a scope to your weapon giving you a 4X zoom making it a 
little easier to see your targets.

BALLISTICS CPU: This helps prevent swaying when scoping with a SNIPER RIFLE, 
this is extremely useful for large recoil SNIPERS and QUICKSCOPING

DUAL BAND: It is a NIGHTVISION SCOPE as well as THERMAL IMAGING to help you 
target those guys in the dark.

DUAL WIELD: Wield to weapons for more firepower but restricts you aiming down 
the sight [ONLY FOR PISTOLS]

EXTENDED CLIP: Have 50% ammo in your magazine making you shoot longer before 
having to reload

FAST FAG: Reloading is done much faster now, so pretty much every other 
reload is 75% faster

FMJ: Allows bullets to have better bullet penetration for people who like 
hiding behind cover

FORE GRIP: Steadies the gun making it have less recoil as well as making 
more accurate.

GRENADE LAUCHER: Attaches a grenade launcher to the end of your gun. [ONLY FOR 
ASSAULT RIFLES]

HYBRID OPTIC: This has a ACOG SCOPE on it as well as a REFLEX SIGHT making 
long range and normal aiming easier.

IRON SIGHTS: Have a regular sight on your gun [ONLY FOR THE BALLISTA SNIPER]

LASER SIGHT: Attaches a laser sight on the side of the gun making it more 
accurate when hip firing as well as quickscoping

LONG BARREL: Allows for more range on the gun, making it doing more damage as 
the distance is reduced for the bullets to travel. [ONLY FOR SMG AND PISTOL]

MMS [MILLIMETER SCANNER]: This like the HEARTBEAT SENSOR in MW2/MW3 which you 
have see enemies through walls and other objects. [ENEMIES WILL SHOW UP AS A 
WHITE FUZZ WHEN SCANNED]

QUICKDRAW: This makes you ADS faster giving you the edge over someone you 
doesnít. [THIS NOT A PERK ANYMORE]

RAPID FIRE: Makes your weapon fire more faster, making the weapon have more 
recoil but its speed is deadly. 

REFLEX SIGHT: Pretty much the RED DOT SIGHT, makes aiming easier for people 
who cant see through the IRON SIGHTS

SELECT FIRE: Makes the weapon have BURST/FULL AUTO, making certain weapons an 
all round type.

SUPPRESSOR: Makes weapons silent so you donít appear on the RADAR.

TACTICAL KNIFE: Makes meleeing faster, so taking out enemies silently, 
quickly and efficient. 

TARGET FINDER: Allows you to see a enemy more easily when targeted but takes 
away any peripheral vision. 

VARIABLE ZOOM: Switch between 1X, 4X and 10X zoom, making it easier to spot 
enemies at different distances as well as making it more accurate.

There are a total of 16 perks in the game 5 for Blue/Green and 6 for the 
Orange, there are no longer any PRO VERSIONS for the perks so there are no

- Nice again that you can pickup lethal and tactical equipment again, the only 
thing you cant do is have multiple claymores, C4ís and bouncing betties, they 
need to blow up before you can get another one.

Resistant to Dual Band, Sensor Grenade, Target Finder, MMS, player controlled 
aircraft and no/crosshair will appear when targeted.

- Pretty still the best perk in the game cause it has such a multi use purpose

- If targeted by a DUAL BAND you will appear as a normal target

- If Sensor Grenade is out, it will not give away your position 

- If TARGET FINDER is on you, you will now have a RED CROSSHAIR on you but 
will appear RED on the finder

- MMS cannot scan you unless you are up close and personal

- Player controlled killstreaks cannot not lock on to you but can still shoot 
at you

appear as a red dot on the mini map.

Like its predecessor in BLACK OPS, the RC-XD hasnít really changed, pretty 
much the same thing with C4 of death strapped to it

HUNTER KILLER [525]

Now this is cool killstreak, itís a mini airplane thatís tracks down enemies 
or takes down enemy vehicles, it cant hit enemies that are inside buildings.

CARE PACKAGE [550]

Nothing has really changed from all the COD series, a random killstreak will 
fall from the sky and pick it up to get it.

COUNTER UAV [600]

Makes the enemy radar and mini map all blurry so they cant tell where you are 
or where the shots are coming from on the mini map

GUARDIAN [650]

This is like having your own personal shock charge, the GUARDIAN places down a 
microwave of particles that hurt and slows down the enemy that comes into 
contact with it [NOTE THIS CANT GO THROUGH WALLS EVEN THOUGH IT DOES IT DOES 
NOT SO ANYTHING]

HELLSTORM MISSLE [700]

Like the PREDATOR MISSLE from MW2 and MW3 but this one has a twist to it, you 
can either you use it as a single missile or hit the FIRE BUTTON again to make 
it a CLUSTER BOMB.

This is pretty much the MOTAR TEAM form BO, here you get to pick out 3 
locations on the map to kill your enemies.

Like in BO this is MINI-GUN with an attitude, pretty much its game over when 
you go up against this [NOTE THAT YOU KEEP THE AMMO EVEN AFTER YOU DIE UNLIKE

Just a grenade launcher that pretty much kills in 1 hit unless they have FLAK 
JACKET on then it takes 2 hits. [NOTE THAT YOU KEEP THE AMMO EVEN AFTER YOU

This is a quadcopter with a mini-gun on it, it can really be useful if good 
at it but the only problem it can be shot down with ease.

Like the ASSAULT DRONE in MW3, this bad boy rolls down the streets taking 
down anyone who has problem with it.

Pretty much the ATTACK HELICOPTER from MW2,MW3 but the only difference it that 
it doesnít show up on the radar of the enemy.

Pretty much like the SR-71 BLACKBIRD from BO and ADVANCED UAV from MW3, this 
shows where the enemies are as well which they are facing.

Like the AH-9 OVERWATCH in MW3, this guy follows you around providing air 
support when moving place to place

ELECTRO MAGNETIC PLUSE [EMP] this will shutdown any enemy electronics as well 
make any attachments, killstreaks and radar/mini-map unavailable for 60 
seconds.

WARTHOG [1400]

Pretty much a STRAFE RUN expect this guy uses MISSILES AND MACHINE GUNS to 
takeout his enemies.

LODESTAR [1500]
===============

Like the REAPER in MW3, all you have to do is LASE targets for the missile to 
come down and rain death.

VTOL WARSHIP [1600]

Like the CHOPPER GUNNER in all the series, take control of the gun to mow 
down your enemies

Like in BLACK OPS and WORLD AT WAR, call in these guys and kill anything in 1

Call in a bunch of HUNTER DRONES that look for anything that moves making it

So this a brand new option in CAC [Create a Class] so this gives you the 
option of carrying an extra weapon, putting on a extra attachment, picking 
another perk or having 2 tacticals or lethal grenades.

There are a total of 8 wildcards in the game;

PRIMARY GUNFIGHTER - Allows you to put on a 3rd attachment on your primary

SECONDARY GUNFIGHTER - Allow you put on a 2nd attachment on your secondary

OVERKILL - Allows you to carry a 2nd primary weapon

PERK 1: GREED - Allows you to pick another perk

PERK 2: GREED - Allows you to pick another perk

PERK 3: GREED - Allows you to pick another perk

DANGER CLOSE - Allows you to carry a 2nd lethal equipment

TACTICIAN - Allows you to carry a 3rd tactical equipment [NO LETHAL 
EQUIPMENT BUT CAN HAVE 3-4 TACTICAL EQUIPMENT]
