How do I get the wizard teddy?

I'm not sure how to get the wizard teddy on the colosseum, i've tried following the walk through but no luck. Any advice?

Thanks, had to shoot slightly above it. not sure but i think the teddy was sitting on it or something.

Go over to the telescope and shoot the gargoyal right under the moon
