Why does my character have bright blue veins?

Are they supposed to be that color? The veins are like glowing light blue. It's like the dude from the cover of "Too Human".

You have maxed out some spells. Its marking your will experience.

you get that with maxing out spells the only way to get rid of them is to delete ALL of your spells

They aren't veins. They're Will lines. You get them from using alot of will moves.
