The Best Marital House?

OK I want to raise at least 3 kids. but i don't want some crappy run down house just to do it. so whats the best house that has room for 3 kids?

Serenity Farm, Bloodstone Mansion, Brightwood Farm, Brightwood Tower, and Castle Fairfax are all good bets. Just be sure you've completed the "Castle Fairfax" quest before moving in your family on that last one, OK?
