Where can I find the dreadlocks?

Regarding the Brightwood Demon Door, I can find all but one of the items with ease. I cannot, however, find the dreadlocks, and thus can't even get the door to ASK about any of the other items. The dreadlocks are not at the stylist in Bowerstone, so... where do I find them?

There's another stylist in bloodstone try there

You should be able to find it at any hair dressers
