Shadow Court?
Doesnt Reaver say that The Hero of Oakvale summoned the Shadow Court and made him immortal? Where is the hero in this game, dead? and i thought the shadoe court was king, queen and jack of blades, wasnt it? didnt the archon and hero fo oakvale vanquish them?

Spoilers:
Theresa mentions that the town of Oakvale had been wiped out twice. First externally, by a bandit raid, which corresponds to the opening of Fable I.
The 2nd time was 200 years later, internally, by a boy who made a pact with the Shadow Court. It is strongly hinted that Reaver is that person.
Jack of Blades is not around anymore. I'm not too sure where the Shadows came from, though you do get to meet them at various points.
