Question from supermario11196
What if the Hero of Oakvale in the original Fable chose to wear the mask? If he wore it, he would be immortal right? thats what he said?
There are countless threads of fate. Each one contains many different choices that were made, but there are moments where they all converge.
If the Hero of Oakvale chose to wear such a mask, he may have become immortal. But what would the consequences have been? Where would he be now? As far s Fable II's plot, and likely Fable III's, it would be equivalent as if he were dead.
Note: Casting a Level 5 Raise Dead in the right spot will produce 1 Hero of Oakvale for the duration of the spell.
