Where can I find The Picture from your Childhood?

Is there any way to get a copy of the photograph Barnum takes of you and your sister at the beginning of the game

I'd have to say you can't. The same photographer takes Reaver's picture, (hero of skill), and Reaver is unimpressed with him and shoots him in the head.
