How do you open the gate to get to the Shelly Crypt in Fable 2?

Uhm...wtf, im really starting to get annoied by this, ive benn trying to open it for like a century, but its immpossible..
please help

Just buy the cemetary mansion after, you help the grave digger revive lady grey and then with the house comes the key to the gate
