How do I tell if it is between 12am and 1pm for the sacrificing to the shadows quest?

I have my shadow points above 2000 but every time I make a sacrifice since 2000 points I get told I didn't make the sacrifice at the right time.

It's 12am to 1am. One hour. Press 'Start' and look in the upper right corner of your screen.
