See the Future Achievement- The Nutcracker?

I know what to do. Just, how do I do it?

Pull your gun out, aim by pressing Y, and while holding that, press down the left trigger. From there you will be able to aim at certain body parts. I believe you may need to have a certain number of stars for your Dexterous Styles before you can do it.
