How do I find and get to the Archon's knot?

I want to get that legendary weapon

Yeah you jump off brightwood tower theres going to be a little section of railing that is broken off. you jump off that you transition into the area and have to make it through the area. then right before you jump off an edge there will be an area to the right that has a chest in it.
