can I get the enforcer after the Red harvest quest?

i did red harvest, where's the key to the porticullis so I can get the Enforcer?

tbh, i didnt do either of the required quests for it and I stilll got it. my dog had 5 star treasure hunting so idk if you would need that. But i dug up his grave and went into the cellar and I still got it.

You have to dig up his grave after the spire.

Once you get back from the spire, go back to giles farm and go to the grave around back (this is Giles grave), and your dog will start digging (treasure hunting rank unimportant). Dig up the grave to get the cellar key. Go to the cellar (next to house in back, and open the gate. After several tunnels with hollow men you'll reach a room with sand a broken pillars. You can dig up the enforcer in this room. There's also a silver key in this room.
