Where is the card?

I bought the limited edition, brand new, and no card. is there a specific place to find it?

The card should simply be in the case, slipped behind the manual. There are numbers of people who claim to have not received the card with their Limited Editions. If this is you, you can correct the matter by visiting the Xbox.com support page for the game.
