Paramour wont unlock,why?

I repeadedly made it with 2 prostitutes 13 times but no achievement.

Additional details - 4 years ago

Does making love have to be with a wife and not a prostitute or does it matter.

When I did it I just did it with like 5 people and it unlocked for me.

Yeah, this happens to me on this achievment, plus the nutcracker one, not sure why though-- help guys???
