Where can I find Backflip/Hat, Headband, Mustache books?

The only trick my dog doesn't know is the Backflip. I'm aware that I need the book to teach him, and I've gathered that I can win said book from a pub game. Do I simply play and win pub games in Fable 2, or do I need to download the arcade pub games? Either way, which pub game is it (Spinnerbox, Keystone, etc.) and what is considered winning? What all prizes can be won from the different games?

You have to Purchase the Pub Games (DLC) and win certain Tournaments to win them.
