Answer

No, the terms and conditions of Xbox Live (which you need to agree to in order to use the service) state that Microsoft can stop providing the service to you at any time, for any reason, or none.

If they really banned you for no reason, call them and explain and see what happens. You can't sue and to be honest it would be slightly pathetic to even try.
