Do platinum hits game discs look different from normal ddiscs?

Both Platinum Hits and Classic (same as Platinum Hits but known as Classics in Australia) game discs look the same as the standard dsics except under the xbox 360 logo/white space at the top of the disc it says classics or platinum hits in usually a grey bar. The rest of the disc is pretty much the same as the normal discs.
