What is a cure for Vampirism? Oblivion IV

If nobody will talk to you, use a charm spell or feed on an NPC to lower your vampirism.
The quest to remove vampirism, if my memory is correct, is begun in Skingrad. Alternatively, if you have the Vile Lair DLC, you can cure yourself using the "Font of Renewal".
